: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that actor Omar Epps and his wife Keisha Spivey recently moved into a new home in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles.
The grand Mediterranean-style house was built in 2003. Features in the house, include five and a half baths, a three-car garage with built-in cabinetry, a wrought iron staircase, 9-foot ceilings, 8-foot interior doors, Brazilian cherry floors, tumbled travertine finishes and an imported French limestone fireplace. The home also has an office, media room, remote-controlled pool, spa, wet bar in the family room, and a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Omar and Keisha paid $2.2 million for the home earlier this year.
Wait a minute...aren't they married? Well in that case THEY bought a house together. Remember whatever assets are made in marriage is BOTH of theirs. She is not some girlfriend he is seeing every once in a while. So when he is on set playing doctor or in whatever movie and she is at home raising the babies THEY are taking care of the children (not just her).

First of all, this is not a mansion by any standard. Its a very nice HOUSE. How I know, `cause WE bought a house the size of this one with almost the same amenities and its a HOUSE(I can't afford a mansion). Plus, this same exact house in Atlanta would be only about $300K.

I'm really happy for the both of them. And I agree with Candy82...Omar is the breadwinner of the household. Keisha may have some scrill but from Omar movies and television series he is clearly the moneymaker. But not to say Keisha may have her own business too....I don't think she's sittin' on her butt 24/7...she's a pretty girl though.
The house is nice and all but it don't look like it's worth $2.2 mill. but then again they are in LA so the property value out there is crazy!! I think when they 2.2 mil that includes all of the amenities, appliances and any extra work they put into the house ppl. Besides omar Epps is doing very well for him self on the show HOUSE. his mom also has a beautiful home she used to be the pricipal at my elementry school in brooklyn he use to mke frequent visits there wow how does time fly.

Omar worked to get that home and Kesha didn't. I'm sure while he was on the set making his show, she was at home cleaning, taking care of kids and keeping her husband happy so they both worked for that house.
