: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Britney Spears may be losing custody of her kids pretty soon. According to FOX News, the judge is expected to rule any minute now.

Britney Spears will temporarily lose custody of her two toddler sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline, sources told FOXNews.com ahead of the official ruling expected later Monday.If this happens, I'm not sure what Britney will do...Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Spears, the sources told FOXNews.com.
I feel bad for her before everyone hated Kevin and now they love him. If im not mistaken does the paparazzi follow him do we know what he does all day and night?? Does the judge know that before he met Britney he was broke and the only reason he has money now is because she has to give him 20 grand a month.What is his occupation?? Nobody seems to realise that he ruined Britney and got her onto drugs before he was with her she was fine now all of a sudden shes carazy it doesnt add up.Did ya'll hear about him getting death threats his white trash ass deserves to at least get his ass kicked.Why isnt anyone calling him a GOLDDIGGER!!
I think that's the best thing for those kids because they need moral support and somebody who's gone give them the love and care that they need. This will be a good time for her to really focus on getting her life back together. AND WHAT IS WITH THIS SHAVING ALL HER HAIR OFF. SHE AIN'T HURTING NOBODY BUT HERSELF. SHE GET'N ON MY DAMN NERVES WITH THAT.
Has anyone taken into a fact that she may have post partum disease? If you notice she got worst after the having the second child. As for blaming K-Fed for her problems I don’t believe a person can make you do something you have no intention on doing. She was doing drugs before he met her. Look at Whitney and Bobby is it his fault she did crack? We tend to want to blame others for our issues when it’s really no fault but our own. The kids are better this K-Fed at least until she gets better. And yes his ass should get a job!

Oh Boy. I been bashing Brit like everyone else. But I have two young sons too. One the same age as Sean P., and I pray they don't take them away from her. She needs help and counseling but not to lose her children! That's a terrible thing to do to mother and child(ren)! The kids don't understand what's happening and will be be very upset to be away from their mom. I'm praying that everything turns out okay for this lost soul named Britney Spears.
w/ all her money all she would have to do is take a long vacation out in the tropics somewhere, rest on the beach & relax, take her kids w/ her--be a mother & get to know them, get some therapy, dry out, quit clubbing & trying to kick it in the party scene for a minute & grow up. she deserves to have them kids taken away. she parties too damn much & shes not tryna get any help for herself mentally. pretty soon she'll be a danger to them. say what you will about K-Fed, you dont see him all out at the clubs drugged out w/ his azz all over the place, you see her.
I agree with everything that kimkelmor has said. She is not a child anymore and she need to start taking responsibility for herself. Although Kevin is not my favorite person in the world He did not bring Brittney down she brought herself down. Unless he had a gun to her head he could not make her do what she did not want to do.

Post pardum (spelling?) my azz, all her actions seem crackish to me! K-Fed ain't working not damn where, ya'll can give that idea up...if the roll was reversed ya'll wouldn't be yelling the woman needs to get a job (case in point P.Diddy and Kim) we are just use to calling women goal diggers and figure the baby and the child support check was the main goal, but when it's a man no one knows how to take that. I really think K-Fed was in it for the money only, not custody of the those kids (hell he has enough)But since having custody of the kids is an even bigger paycheck I guess he will have at it! (Seriously though I think he loves those kids, and Britney but when you can't handle that "white girl" (coke)living with that person can become out of hand. I know from experience....my x-bf was on that [EXPLETIVE] and I didn't even know. He put me through alot of bull, I am so glad it's over for me...but I pray for him everyday, as I will for Britney to get her life in order....
i agree with a lot of the comments on here re: how they need to take the babies away. Couple things- i think PARIS HILTON turned Britney out. Seriously! We all know B was on drugs... maybe not "hard" drugs... but in the Chaotic show her and Kev were def. smokin cronic so we all know that she been on drugs... but i dont think she started doing "hard" drugs until she met Paris and her minions. When she first broke up with Kevin everyone was so happy, she looked great, nice blond bob, she went on Jay Leno.... 2 weeks later... Paris and her become friends... the coochie shots... the partying until the wee hours of the morning... PARIS HILTON CREATED THE MONSTER THAT IS BRITNEY SPEARS. The only reason why they stopped "chillen" was because it wasnt good for her image. But trust me when I say... if it wasnt Paris herself, Paris' friends or someone that Britney met through Paris turned her out on the hard stuff.
B) I obiviously dont know Kevin but the fact that everyone keeps talking about his parenting skills and the fact that he doesn't have a job really bothers me. First off, kevin has 2 other kids... so when it comes to experience in the child rearing area, he has a one up on Britney. seconly, he is KNOWN as being a good father... you've NEVER heard shar jackson say anything bad about kevin AT ALL. Even when she was having Kaleb and he was running around with Britney he made time for kori; you'd have to PAY shar jackson to say something bad about him. Now just because he doesnt make 700,000/ month doesnt make him less of a father than Britney. She has money and look at where she is... having money has nothing to do with being a good parent. yeah, i wouldnt want kevin teaching my boys how to be a man... but Britney should have thought about that before she married his a**.
C) Britney has done sooooooo many things that put her children's lives in danger- no life vest, driving with them on her lap, almost bustin Sean's head on the pavement, Sean falling out of the highchair, positioning the car seat incorrectly... etc. but when Michael Jackson (and i know this was wrong but for arguments sake) dangled Blanket off of the balcony, they wanted to immediatly take his kids away and lock his coocky a** up. Where are the protests to take Britney's kids away? Where's Gloria Alread and Child Protective Services? No one is going to undertand how mentality f-ucked up this chick is until her kids are floating face down in her swimming pool and she's talking about they were demons sent from satan.
this is really sad. i dont really care for britts music or character but i feel for her. As a mother I would be devasted if I were faced with these issues and then the media is always houding her, her relationship didnt work out with that ragedy man she stole and she needs time to sort her life out, she came from nothing to a millionare to being married with kids in a matter of a few years, then her mom siding with KFEd totally sucks becaus I know my mom would have my back no matter what i did wrong never take the other ones side over your own kids. Kevin dont want them kids unless he gonna take them to Shars house. Do he even see his child with Shar? I mean really he makinga big deal about those boys what about the other one? Britts mom could take care of the kids while brit gets herself together but Kfed? I think not she is probably going to kill herself because it seems like her problems are just piling up with no resolution. I have been there down in the dumps feel like nobody loves you and everything is upside down she needs Jesus and some good friends all this back lashing at her is not helping her or the kids. She is a young rich mom who has to live life fast which was her choice but the papparazzi wont let her live and go thru life in peace. I pray for her because she doesnt deserve to lose her kids to a piece of trash like Kfed and she deserves the chance to redeem herself, damn the music and career she deserves the chance just to be a mom and decide what she can do to overcome this hardship.
i think deep down inside her she knew what he was all about from the very beginning....she just got dick whipped....rememeber the law of Karma....you put bad in your life it falls down on you harder.....hopefully shell be smart enought to use what she was taught spirtually to get herself back.....itll be hard as hell but one day itll change if shes smart....as for him hell always be a dumb ass....that wont change.....
