No...Definitely do not take any time off from work ...Keep yourself occupied mentally and unplug the television to avoid Pizza Hut commercials...especially the first 5 days...After the 5th day, you'll be in a continuous blissful state, but have plenty of energy...I personally cheat a little and take a little fresh bee pollen because I like to continue working out...But get the book by STANLEY bOROUGHS and read it often to strenghten your WILL...Its going to take WILL to take you through day 4, but once you wake up in the morining of day 5, not only will you feel like a new being, you will look like a new being...Most of us carry 4 oz. of excess salt in our bodies and each oz holds about 6 lbs of water...That means most of us carry about 12-24 lbs of brine in our bodies in order to dilute this poisonous substance(table salt)...
Anywho...PREPARE A FEW DAYS BEFORE by eating more salads and take some flax seed to clean the colon...
Most importantly what we do after the cleanse IS MORE IMPORTANT than the cleanse...If yo dont have a plan on a good transition eating plan(notice I didnt say diet) after the cleanse, you may as well not even bother doinig it...If you are going to go back to your old ways and scarf down a pizza of death burgers from McDonalds, then dont even waste your time doing the cleanse...
