: MediaTakeOut.com was the first news source in the world to tell you that Jay Z would not likely return as the head of Def Jam when his contract expires at the end of this year. And now we're hearing that another artist is making a serious play to become his replacement.
According to a high level Def Jam executive, rapper Kanye West is positioning himself to be the new head of Def Jam. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com exclusively, "Kanye West has made it clear to everyone here that he wants to be the next head of Def Jam."
And the insider claims that Kanye is playing hardball with the premiere hip hop label. The executive explains to MediaTakeOut.com, "With the success of Graduation, Kanye has a lot of leverage with [Def Jam] and he's using it to his advantage." The insider continued, "He hasn't gone as far as saying that he'll leave [the label] if he's not given [Jay Z's] job, but that was definitely his implication ... And with the state of the music industry, Def Jam can't afford to lose an artist of Kanye caliber."
Jay Z's contract with Def Jam expires in just over thee months - on December 31, 2007.

Nah, the Jetta was great to me and the stickshift was easy to get used to also. You can tell that drove the same car for 10 years because the day I drove the BMW off of the lot I was stopping hard, almost stalled twice because you can come off the clutch as fast. It was crazy.

That was just right amount of info. lol. Yeah, you can drive any stick, I just had to get used to it after about 10 minutes. Oh, it has this feature on it, if you are on a hill, you can still have your foot on the clutch and take it off the break and it won't roll back for at least 3 seconds. I don't need it but it was a great thing to have when I taught my girl. lol.
