Ok people...1st of all he is a foreigner. He was born in England to Nigerian parents. So to sum it up...there is nothing wrong with him having a BABY MAMA that is not BLACK. I recently went to a Business related Social Gathering in a NYC Club. Most of the good looking Black women there were acting snooty. There was a lot of competition for their attention. Then of course there were those women there that you can tell probably don't even have a job, but just there to meet a man with some money. But the white women there were so friendly. You didn't even have to approach them, they approached you, introduced themselves, started conversation etc. This Indian girl approached me, told me she was feeling me & wanted to hook up. Black women claim to be so strong, but it is very rare that a black woman will see a man she likes, and have the self confidence to step to him in a pleasant way. When you're in a different environment, you have to be extremely dedicated if you want to find a good black woman.
Most black women don't even know who Osi is, and don't care. So how can she talk 2 her man about sports? or how can she talk 2 an athlete about his game? Unfortunately, most black women grow up without their fathers, so they don't know or care about sports. Most carribean women who grow up with their fathers, their fathers don't care about basketball, or american football, or baseball. the only sports they usually watch is Cricket or Soccer. white chicks usually grow up with their dads, and are into sports. When the weekend comes & you wanna watch the game, you're black girlfriend is like " when is this stupid game gonna be over. you not making no $$ off of them so why do you care who wins?" When she leaves & ur white girlfriend comes over, shes like " wow, can't wait to watch the game, lets get some beer". Personally I prefer 2 stick 2 my own kind, but I don't hate on interracial couples.

MOST women who grow up with their fathers are into sports and MOST who grow up without fathers or brothers are not. As far as faking it, you can't fake certain things. you can fake an orgasm but you can't fake everything. besides there are more important things in a relationship than whether or not the woman likes sports , but the more similarities or interests in common the better.

I believe that this issue is about both black genders feeling the way that they do. I keep seeing this comment of how white woman will pursue you and black woman won't. If you go back in history and even try talking to the older black woman in your family, most black woman are taught that to be pursued is a sign of chivalry, that whoe-ing for attention doesn't make you nice, it makes you a whoe. I will admit some of us are snooty but not all of us. I get tired of running into brothers that automatically think I'm going to cuss them out or take their money all because of my skin color. The crazy thing is... I don't have to say anything and its already assumed. I'm a single mom and I do for myself because my mom took the time out to teach me that a real woman makes her own money and the man is the perk not the dictator. Unfortunately ladies, just like a good woman is hard to find, it seems that our brothers don't want to or were not taught to love us, were not taught that a woman who you can command is not a woman at all only a little girl waiting for her orders. But I say this though, there's nothing sexier than a black man who dates only black women. I personally don't care whether they date interacially but a man with that particular taste, is sexy as hell.

When a man indicates that women of other races approach them whereas black women don't & they act snooty, its not so, black & white. If you believe that approaching a man is whorish , it isn't . Approaching someone can be as subtle as making eye contact & smiling. That's worth a lot. Most women look away when you make eye contact. But then again maybe they just do that to me because my Sex Appeal intimidates them. Lol.

I am not African. Although Africans do come up to me asking if I'm From Somalia. This is the reason I have no desire to visit Africa. Suppose I lose my passport. That's my a$$. From reading your statement, I know that you are very dumb and rather ignorant, and probably never stepped a foot out of you country, besides North America.
If you misplace your passport, you simply go to your embassy or consulate and request a new one. And America has an embassy in basically all the countries in the world; just as Nigeria or Ghana has embassies all over too.

If you never knew, Tutsis and Hutsis constitute at most three Africans countries, and there are 54 African countries. These two tribes are hardly make up a significant percentage of the number of African populate. I doubt 7/8th of the 800 million Africans have heard of those two tribes, and in case you are wondering, Nigeria makes up to 150 million of that number.
I am sure you are one of those who still believe that "Africans" run around naked amongst trees and animals, living like savages and the bottom of the food chain. I am sure images of Somalians suffering, or the "gory" history of Rwanda gives you the perception about all the African countries. If you knew the suffering that goes on in Slavic countries of Europe, you will probably change your mind. If you knew about the poverty of some Eastern European countries, whose citizens are profiting on lax EU rules, thus emigrating in large numbers into Western European countries, you might stop being stupid. Racism that you complain of over here is basically the same as the deep rooted Xenophobia that Western Europeans have for Eastern Europeans and Pakistanis, and these people are white.

Instead of just calling ourselves “AMERICAN”, America is one of the few countries who go as far as to categorize themselves into subgroups: Black, White, Hispanic, etc. while the rest of the world goes by the country they‘re from: African, Brazilian, French, European, Dominican, Puerto Rican, etc. I don’t understand why my people (blacks) want to get mad about Africans and various groups of Hispanics not wanting to participate in that idiotic way of thinking that was created by white America. Why are black Americans trying to push our country’s segregation and subcategories onto the rest of the world? Most other countries don’t even have such division in their countries, and like someone already said, they wouldn’t even know what “Black” meant b/c it’s an American made word to classify a particular group of people in what country?? ((((AMERICA))) So when Africans or any other group migrate here to America doesn’t mean they have to adopt the word “black”…they’re still African and were taught to refer to themselves as such. Some Hispanics don’t even like to be called Hispanic or black because they were taught and prefer to be called by the country they’re from: Brazilian, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Dominican, etc. Yes, they may have African descent, but they were raised to classify themselves depending on the country they‘re from.
@ ehifishy....I meant African's in general call themselves by the country they come from: Nigerian, Somolian, etc.. I had a professor from Ghana...don't know exactly how to spell what she called herself...lol But I didn't mean that they just call themselves African...I just generalize them all into that one word.
And I meant the same for Europeans as well...they call refer to themselves according to their countries: French, Spanish, British, etc. Again, I generalize them all into one word, European.

I was born in Panama, so I consider myself Panamanian so do my family members. When filling out a census I check hispanic or Central American if the box is available. I do however identify with the African American culture because that's who I was mostly raised around aside from my hispanic friends and family members. Not to mention the fact that i'm dark skinned and don't have the typical "hispanic look". I recently got into a heated argument with a friend of mine concerning this subject. I told her that I identified myself as hispanic and she told me that I was black just like her and how I try to make it seem like we're different and we all came from Africa and all these different nationalities don't want to be called black because they're ashamed and on and on and on.
My response to to her tirade was this. I told her that although my skin was "black", black is not a nationality it's a color. Although I identify with African Americans I can't rightfully be considerd that. I can't trace my roots to this country. I am by no means ashamed by the color of my skin, it makes me me. But what I won't do is let anyone bully me into denying my heritage or accuse me of being ashamed of who I am.

I hear that stuff all the time about Black Hispanics and what they want to be called.Please keep in mind African American's didn't make up the word negro(black).That's what Black Hispanics are referred to in their native countries. The Europeans gave the color black a negative connotation w/ their dictionaries and phrases.This is what causes some of us to run in shame from the word. By dividing the worlds Black people into African,African American,Brazilian,Jamacian,Panamanian etc., we remain divided as a people.However we can unify under our color; the same way whites do.
