I don't know if you really spoke to anyone close to TI, but according to news reports the Feds got his ass good. They recorded conversations between TI and the body guard where TI asks him to meet him to get the guns. As for other people owning the guns in TI's house, they were found in HIS bedroom and three more were found in his car when he was arrested. One of the ones in the car was inbetween the driver's seat and the armrest and TI was driving. Forget about fake damage conrol. Dude got busted red handed and he is going down. |

Are half of the people that post of the website underage or something? This is defintely not a racial thing. Maybe, just maybe there is a hip hop police that profile rappers but if they weren't doing anything wrong why should it matter? When If I was pulled over as a black women driving a nice car I could care less because I have nothing to hide. I use to think that racial profiling was wrong and it still is in a sense but have you guys ever thought about that everyone is racially profiled. When there is a serial killer sought out they usually start looking at white middle aged guys, when there is a suicide bombing, they usually look for middle eastern looking men. When there is a big cocaine investigation contrary to your beliefs they usually are observing mexicans, crack deal they usually observe african americans. thats just the way it is. Yes there are other races that engage of all of these crimes but the majority of arrest in each crime are the ethnic groups I names. Don't believe me then you do the research. Yes racism is strong and heavy in America but as I have said before We as black people need to start supporting our own and realizing that we can be more than entertainers for a white industry. Stop destroying ur own communities and supporting those who contribute to the downfall of your community. If TI is in fact guilty he has no one to blame but himself and should take responsibility as a man. If he was set up it is still his fault becaues you can't be set up if you are doing nothing wrong and that explanation is what I expected so it sounds like a lie but he is innocent until proven guilty so we will see how it plays out. |

I doubt there will be a trial. Most people with fed charges plead out in an attempt to avoid having all that evidence against them come out in the open. It only makes them look worse in the end. |

T.I HAD A LOADED GUN AND 3 OTHER GUNS IN HIS CAR WTF HE IS STUPID...
The charges against T.I. may in fact grow, as during a search of the vehicle he was allegedly driving at the time of his arrest three additional guns were discovered one loaded firearm was allegedly tucked between the drivers seat where T.I. had been sitting and the center console. Three additional unnamed people who were in T.I.s vehicle were arrested, but one was released.
Shortly after his arrest a federal search warrant was executed on Harris home in College Park. While conducting the search of T.I.s home agents allegedly discovered three rifles, two pistols and a revolver in a walk-in closet in Harris bedroom. Five of the six guns were loaded.
A total of 12 guns (and two silencers) were recovered during the arrest and subsequent searches.
Per the allegations laid out by the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, David E. Nahmias, the circumstances that led to T.I.s arrest unfolded in a rather unusual way. On October 2nd an employee of a federal firearms licensee advised ATF that someone was attempting to buy a machine gun without registering the weapon, which is required by law. The person trying to make the purchase was then directed to an undercover ATF agent who was posing as a machine gun dealer.
This past Wednesday (October 10th) the buyer was finally arrested by ATF after purchasing 3 unregistered machine guns and 2 silencers from the undercover agent in exchange for $2,200 and a pistol.
After his arrest the buyer agreed to become a cooperating witness (CW) for the government following his revelation to arresting agents that he was purchasing the machine guns for his boss, Clifford Harris, who as a convicted felon is legally not permitted to own a firearm. The CW had been working as a bodyguard for T.I. for the past three months. As of now, T.I.s attorney cant reveal the bodyguards name. All of that will probably be made public throughout the course of the proceedings, he explains.
Given that his employment with T.I. just began in July, there are several skeptics already surfacing who wonder aloud if T.I.s bodyguard was working with the government all along to help establish these charges. Ill leave those types of theories to others, says Thomas. We will deal with facts and law in court that are relevant and admissible. NORRISTOWN, Pa. - The mother of a 14-year-old who authorities say had a cache of guns, knives and explosive devices in his bedroom for a possible school attack was charged Friday with buying her son three weapons.
Michele Cossey bought her home-schooled son, Dillon, a .22-caliber handgun, a .22-caliber rifle and a 9 mm semiautomatic rifle, authorities said. The teenager felt bullied and tried to recruit another boy for the possible attack at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School in suburban Philadelphia, authorities said.
Police officials told NBC News that the boy had confessed to plotting the attack.
Acting on a tip from a high school student and his father, police on Wednesday found the rifle, about 30 air-powered guns, swords, knives, a bomb-making book, videos of the 1999 Columbine attack in Colorado and violence-filled notebooks in the boyfs bedroom, Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor Jr. said.

Cossey, 46, of Plymouth Meeting, bought the rifle, which had a laser scope, at a gun show on Sept. 23 and provided police with a receipt, investigators said in court papers. The teenager said the two .22-caliber weapons were stored at a friendfs house.

The boyfs father also tried to buy his son a rifle in 2005, but was not allowed to because he was a felon, police said.
The teen had a brief court appearance Friday at which the county public defenderfs office and prosecutors agreed to continue holding him while they do psychiatric evaluations.
The boy was led out of the courtroom in shackles and he didnft comment.
His mother was charged with unlawful transfer of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a minor, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of reckless endangerment. She was not accused of helping the teen plot an attack, gbut by virtue of her indulgence, she enabled him to get in this position,h Castor said.
The teenfs father, Frank Cossey, was sentenced to house arrest for lying about his criminal record when he went to buy a .22-caliber rifle for his son in December 2005, police said Friday. On his application he said he had never been convicted of a felony, but he had pleaded guilty in 1981 to manslaughter in a drunken driving death in Oklahoma and sent to prison, police said.
No sign of imminent attack
Castor has said he does not believe an attack was imminent or would occur at all. He said Friday that the teen had a gdisturbed mind.h
gThis was a smart kid that clearly believes he was picked on and was a victim,h Castor said. gHe had psychological issues and began to act out on those feelings.h
On Thursday, Castor said he felt police were instrumental gin stopping a potential Columbine-like shooting.h

Police, who searched the home with the permission of the teenfs parents, also discovered seven explosive devices Castor has described as homemade grenades: plastic containers filled with pellets to which gunpowder could be added.
