First off, Rashad DID NOT LEAVE HIS BLACK WIFE FOR A WHITE WOMAN. He and Felicia broke up years ago. He dated several women since then of different races. So what if he married a white woman. Personally, I only have problems with black men who exclusivly date outside the race, and put us down in the process. Phylicia and Ahmad Rashad have been divorced since 2001. Phylicia is the one who filed for divorce on the grounds of "abandonment" - meaning that Ahmad was never around and always on the road touring with various NBA teams as a sportsacaster...and thinking his ass was single because he was fukking every woman in sight trying to be a player. Eventually word got back to Phylicia, who wanted to make the marriage work for the sake of their daughter, but I guess she couldn't put Ahmad's infidelities behind her.

I remember Phylicia filed for divorce on the grounds of abandonment. He just left her and their daughter to fend for themselves without a word and took up with one of his other women.
