: The R Kelly concert tour is plagued with drama. First MediaTakeOut.com told you that R&B singer Keyshia Cole refused to take the stage in Columbus Georgia. Now we can report to you that Ne-Yo has been OFFICIALLY booted from the tour.

ATLANTA, GA – Yesterday, Shaffer Smith aka Ne-Yo was informed that he was being dropped from the rest of the R Kelly tour after delivering two sensational performances. Entertainment reporters, music critics, bloggers, fans, and concert goers all agreed that Ne-Yo's performances brought the heat; but maybe it brought too much heat."He's written hit songs for Beyonce "Irreplaceable" and Rihanna "Unfaithful" (spending a combined 19 weeks at #1 on the Hot 100), said Tango, Ne-Yo's business partner and manager. He's written songs slated to be on Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Lionel Richie, and Enrique Iglesias' new albums. In a recent article in Ebony Magazine, the king of pop, Michael Jackson, referred to him as one of the artists that impresses him most. The fans were really feeling his performances. He's good; maybe he's too good – that's the problem."
It seems like déjà vu – didn't R Kelly have drama on his last tour. R Kelly's camp sited the lack of a signed contract as the reason for removing Ne-Yo from the line up.
"I don't understand their actions because I was rehearsing, doing media, promoting the tour, and performing, said Ne-Yo. In my opinion, I was doing everything possible to make the tour a success. I love being on stage in front of fans because of the immediate feedback you get. You know right away if they are feeling you; and they were really feeling our show."
Ne-Yo expressed genuine concern regarding not having the opportunity to complete the tour. He wanted all of his fans and supporters to be able to see him live. "To my fans and ticket holders – I apologize if you are disappointed."

OK MTO...Since you keep changing headlines. Try this one. DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) — A van driven by former University of Alabama football star Siran Stacy was struck by a pickup at an intersection and six people were killed, including Stacy's wife and four of his children, state troopers said Tuesday.
The driver of the second vehicle also was killed, said Dorris Teague, a spokeswoman for the state troopers.
Stacy, 39, a star running back for Alabama during 1989-91, was listed in stable condition in surgical intensive care at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. He was the first pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1992 draft, but never carried the ball in the NFL.
State trooper Sgt. Tracy Nelson said the pickup was on the wrong side of the road when it struck Stacy's van on the passenger side late Monday at an intersection on U.S. 84 about six miles west of Dothan.
"He hit them broadside, T-boned them at the intersection there," said Houston County Coroner Robert Byrd.
"I've never had anything like that in my life and I've been doing this for 20 years," Byrd said. "The truck that hit the car was on the passenger side and the impact was substantial."
Stacy's 3-year-old daughter, Shelly, was taken to Children's Hospital in Birmingham, which did not release her condition.
Byrd identified the victims as Stacy's wife, Ellen Stacy, 36; children Lequisa, 18, Bronson, 10, Sidney, 8, and Ellie, 2, all of Newton in southeast Alabama; and pickup driver Adam W. Wayman, 29, of Dothan.

Sounds to me like someone is JEALOUS of all the attention Ne-Yo has been getting! Guess R. SMELLY could not deal with the competition...which he shouldn't feel threatened by. 1st of all I would like to say that R.Kelly is NOT the king of R&B. I do love his music but there have been many artists in the past who done it longer and better(keith sweat). On this subject people must realize that you have a singer/songwriter vs. a singer/songwriter/enertainer. I have watch a dvd of R.Kelly concert in Oakland, CA and it was one of the worst concerts I have seen. All Kels as he calls himself now did was sang melodies and two whole songs. No kind of performance; just ghetto mess is all he did.
