Disney need to get a hold on its employees.... Disney is a very racist company to work for... All they care about is protecting they're family/cast members (white)..... If I would have exposed them for what they really are, I could have owned tha darn company.... I guess the other half (writers/behind the scene employees) are feeling the effect of how certain employees get treated like shizz, and the others roll around in tha dough....
