I'm a big girl, but not that big and I go to the gym three times a week to keep my weight steady. She was losing weight before she had those twins and then she gained a lot of it back. I think she is paying more attention to what she eats and it working out. |

We all know that we (blacks) have major health issues when we are overweight (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.). The same reasons Missy was forced to lose weight. I think I read in an interview how she said her hubby wanted her to lose weight for her health so she was working on it. She isnt skinny by a long shot and probably never will be because of her body type. Yes it is possible to be happy and big, its about loving yourself and if you love yourself you will do whats best for you physically mentally and emotionally. Some of all missed the message, she never once said it was healthy to be fat she said to love yourself no matter what size you are. Everybody is saying that she is looking healthy. Initially your weight loss won't be as noticable. If she had the surgery her ass will start to look like Star Jones in no time. Remember it took her ass a minute before we realized she'd had it done. I don't think she's a hypocrite, I think she is getting wiser. As much as you may say you're loving your big beauty. At the end of the day its either lose weight or die and live miserably. I commend her and I will follow suit. Ha! |
