: LOS ANGELES (AP) — The agent of Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dennis Northcutt has denied his client arranged for a pregnant woman to be beaten up at a Hollywood restaurant.
Agent Jerome Stanley says Thursday the lawsuit amounts to a shakedown by Sharri Henry, who claims to be four months pregnant with Northcutt's baby.
In the suit filed Wednesday, Henry accuses Northcutt, a nine-year NFL veteran, of trying to harm her unborn child and permanently disfigure her face by sending his cousin to the restaurant May 17 to assault her.
Stanley says Northcutt had a relationship with Henry but claims she hatched the plot to get money after he dumped her.
Police have declined to say if a report was filed on the alleged assault.

This particular altercation that this lady is alleging that happend occured outside of a *** in L.A., where somehow Northcutt, his current girlfriend, and few other people and this lady got into it. (Strictly My Opinion) This is my assessment of the situation from the research that I conducted, because I am Jaguars fan. This lady and Northcutt had a brief affair , she was angered when it ended, and she probably followed him to this spot in L.A. where the alleged incident insued. The only disfigurement she has is from having a lip ring pulled from her and the scar it will leave. This lady is a prime example of woman who uses her body instead of her mind to get ahed. If Mr. Northcutt is the father he should take responsibilty for his actions because that is what a man is supposed to do. However, I have a gut feeling she may believe that this child is not his, because her thing is looking for a payday and if the child is to be born in couple she should have what she wanted. I hope the child in question comes out of this situation unharmed to go on and lead a healthy happy lives.
