Well, if this is true, then I'm sure they will have no problem getting signed to another label. They got a ton of exposure from the show, the album and their concerts, they have fans.

Diddy may carry a lot of weight, but he is not God, nor the end all, be all, in the music industry.

THAT turned out to be one of the best things to happen in their careers, cuz they went on to become major producers....and made hits for Janet, Mariah, Whitney and a whole lot of other artist, and built a name for THEMSELVES, and no longer had to rely on Prince's star power !! "IF" true, Dang! why most women can't just set aside differences and make [EXPLETIVE] work!? FYI...This season of making the band was filmed back during the beginning of the summer, not the other day. Therefore this may not be true. Of course they're goijg to play the juicy clips to get everyone talking and to make everyone watch. They're already in the works for a MTB 5 about them making their next album(s) (all of the artists) But hey, The cliffhanger that aired last season for Desperate Houswives had me hanging on until the season premier last Sunday and it was nothing like i expectd. You'll just have to watch and see what happens on Tuesday. Peace

it's definitely true, but what'supwith groups lasting only 2 albums these days. Back in the day it seemed like groups lasted years together. Aubrey was already starting to show that diva sh*t too early in her career. Ordering people to do things for her and showing off in the clubs would make any exec pissed off marketing a group. I am sure diddy was already getting fed up w/ the image they were giving bad boy. Out of all his acts, he never had a "slutty" girl group. Diddy hob knobs w/ big fish and can't walk in a room feeling like Larry Flint.

Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis were fired because they couldnt show up for a portion of the tour because of blizzard while they were recording for The SOS Band. They came back later and recorded the album "Pandemonium" w/ the group later, but "Just Be Good To Me(SOS Band)" became a hit and they left on their own after that.

The both were wack anyway.

"DANITY KANE" WAS NAMED BY DAWN WHO HAS A COMIC BOOK BASED ON THE CHARACTERS. AS FOR "DAY 26" THEY GOT THEIR NAME BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM 26 DAYS TO FINISH THEIR FIRST ALBUM.

I think Diddy is making a stupid decision. Aubrey is one of the best he's got, her, Andrea, and Dawn deserve to be in DK. Oh well, Aubrey knows how to stick up for herself and the group. When they were recording Welcome to the Dollhouse, NO ONE but Aubrey voiced what direction they wanted their album to go. They all talked about it, but no one voiced it to the producers or Diddy. They wouldn't have gotten to go the direction they did if it wasnt for Aubrey. Okay, so Diddy doesn't like that Aubrey will stick up for herself and say what shes gotta say. You kinda have to do that if u dont want to get walked over in that type of business. I cant say anything bad about D. Woods, but she is forgettable along with Shannon. I can listen to their tracks and pick out Andreas voice, Dawns voice and Aubreys, but not D. Woods and Shannon because they dont pop, and stand out in the group. Together they are an amazing group, I have watched Danity Kane come together ever since the auditons, and though there will always be disagreements, I DO NOT think DK will last without D. Woods and Aubrey. Not at all. Diddy might as well sign off on the whole group, thats what he is basically doing. Screwing them. Thats my opinion on the gossip, but i guess we will see this week
