The second photo (showing two fingers) was obviously photo shopped. If you look at the first one, you can see the child's "pointer" finger clearly down. The camera angle is exactly the same and if she did have two fingers up, the pointer would've showed from that angle. Compare the position of the child's fingers to the flowers on Sarah's coat. It doesn't add up.
