CONFIRMED!! Julian King - Jennifer Hudson's 7 Year Old Nephew - WAS MURDERED!!!

CONFIRMED!! JULIAN KING - JENNIFER HUDSON'S 7 YEAR OLD NEPHEW - WAS MURDERED!!!

October 27, 2008. MediaTakeOut.com told you earlier this morning that a body was found this morning in Chicago. FBI Officials are now confirming that the body was IN FACT Julian King, son of Julia Hudson and nephew to singer actress Jennifer Hudson. Our deepest condolences go out to the entire Hudson family.

Here are the facts that we know thus far:

On Friday morning at approximately 9:00 AM a gunman approached the home where Darnell Donerson (Jennifer Hudson's mother), Jason Hudson (Jennifer's brother) and Julian King (Jennifer's nephew) were staying.

The gunman firing through the door striking Hudson's mother and killing her instantly

The shooter then entered the house and continued to fire, after a brief struggle with Jason, the gunman shot and murdered him.

Police believe that the killer (or killers) then abducted Julian and fled in Jason's white Chevrolet Suburban.

At approximately 3 PM, a family member discovered the body of Darnell and called authorities

Julia Hudson (Jennifer's sister) returned home from work that evening - and learned what happened

Julia contacted Jennifer and told her what happened. Jennifer immediately left promoting her new movie Secret Lives Of Bees and returned to Chicago.

According to the Chicago Tribune, at 1:25 a.m, Jennifer Hudson identified the bodies of the deceased as Darnell Donerson and Jason Hudson

Shortly after that Jennifer's brother-in-law (Julia's husband) William Balfour was found in his girlfriends apartment and taken into custody as a suspect in the murders.

William Balfour has reportedly invoked his right to remain silent and is refusing to cooperate with investigators

This morning, authorities discovered the body of young Julian in Jason's missing SUV. The SUV was parked less than half a mile from where William Balfour was apprehended

While it has not yet been confirmed, Julian was said to be have been shot multiple times and reported to have been mutilated in some other manner

Clothes that William Balfour wore are now being tested for gunshot residue

Man, Joe, I can't begin to fathom J'Hud's mindstate...I lost one of my grandmothers on Friday a lil after news of J's family tragedy, but my loss was not that of sorrow (she'd had a number of strokes), but of happiness that she wouldn't have to suffer anymore, due to health, and nuthin' azz ni66az draining her life, but what boggles my mind is I see some on here say "I hope it's not Julian"...I wish it weren't a child at all! What these so called new gangstaz think of as being hard, you're a puzzy, fool...hiding behind gunz, and killing women, kids, and an injured unarmed man. In my day, we scrapped, humbugged, put up them dukes, etc. All this over what an 03 Impala??!!! When it's all said and done, things like this make me wish there was an immediate execution law (within 72 hrs), or at least some medevial torture...you notice they don't have these problems in most 3rd world countries. Jennifer's steps were ordered because GOD knew that this was meant to happen and only Jennifer had enough sense to be able to give her family the homegoing services she felt they needed. Jenn can afford it and will honor their memories well....so maybe that's the silver lining in all of this (somehow). If there's really one to be had..... She should contact AA Rayner Funeral Services in Chicago....they do the best funeral planning services and will definitely go above and beyond the call of duty for Jennifer right now. I know the entire family is grieving but I couldn't imagine what if must feel like for Jennifer. Her sister is broke as a joke and really didn't want to be a mother, so GOD took her son back home. How sad.... Our world is coming to an end but it's slow and painful. The stock markets are crashing, people's bank accounts and pensions are being stolen, random acts of violence are EVERYWHERE and still many of us only want to watch 106 and Park or go to the clubs.... Better get your SOUL right with the Lord. REPENT and ask for forgiveness. Jesus Christ IS our redeemer and healer. If you were to go out like one of JHud's family members, do you know FOR A FACT where you would spend eternity? Look, they had NO CLUE that they would all be so brutally murdered in the manner they were but how much comforting to know in your HEART that IF you were to DIE today, that JESUS would have a place for you to live with HIM for eternity. Another one bites the dust and we should see this as a wake up call that literally, all the fame in the world or money doesn't spare you from such tradegy. DEATH is the GREAT EQUALIZER. Unfortunately, Jenn has to see this play out on an international scale. I really wish that David O. guy would be the man we all hope he is because she doesn't have family to help her through this. Her sister is HIGHLY suspect and gets a side eye from me.....that chick better watch out....where is she staying I wonder now that her "family home" has been sealed off? The only comfort comes from trusting in Jesus Christ. BTW, I wonder if Beyonce and her dad have reached out to JHud? I know that there was beef about JHud getting recognition and tossing Bey's chances away...so I wonder if Bey is still bitter over that or is she woman enough to comfort JHud during this difficult time....much like "New York" did.....which was nice.

I can't stand to hear about crime commmitted against children, but I knew from the moment it was reported that little Julian may have been a witness all hope was gone. Is it just me, or did anyone else notice that Julian's mother, Jennifer's sister, behaved awful damn calmly for someone who had just lost their mother, brother and didn't know the whereabouts of their son. 	Ok, check this out... I was watching Fox 11 Chicago via the internet, & one of the reporters was live at the scene where the white SUV was found this morning. The police had just wrapped up another press conference. The reporter says a gentlemen was very agitated in stating to the police chief, " I saw this SUV in the neighborhood & called it in on SATURDAY. WHY DIDN'T THE POLICE COME OUT TILL THIS MORNING TO COME CHECK IT OUT???" Not only that, another neighbor had also called the cops to report spotting the SUV, yet again, apparently they didn't find the SUV until 6 am this morning. 	From what I have heard as of LATE yesterday night, (I am a Chicago resident), William make a threat of killing them a week ago. I wish they wouldn't have taken that lightly. Also, this morning people are upset with Chicago Police (I can't stand them for personal reasons), because two people told them about this truck that fit the description, nobody came out to see about this vehicle. And, the pregnant girlfriend, just changed her story, saying he was not with her. HMMMMM, I guess just after the boy was killed she didn't want any parts of that; because she would go to jail also. The truck was found blocks from the pregnant girlfriend's house. I knew as soon as that reward money was offered someone would sing like a bird. That is why I laugh at the justice system, it is a JOKE. This is tragic situation and I hope this opened up some eyes for many people, and some lessons were learned!

It was Julia & Jennifer's mom, or "grandma" who got the boy up for school, washed his clothes and basically cared for him. Like so many other grandmas, she was "momma" to Julian. Julia may have birthed him, but it appears that she had no real emotional connection to him. Maybe that's the reason for the lack of emotion. 	Okay another site is reporting that this vehicle was found only five blocks from where this dude was arrested. People must have seen this car, why the hell didn't they report it to police? When I initially heard the news, I immediatly dropped to my knees and prayed for this baby. I am so saddend to hear that a body has been found, Lord knows I hope its something/someone else. 	My pastor teaches that we have to be reminded that in times of darkness such as this that all of us are only on this earth for just a little while before God brings us home. Let's just not judge, rather less sympathize with her and her family. Keep her covered in prayer and let the investigators do their jobs.

	I am reading the posts and I feel the same as a lot of people. I am disusted and nauseous andm so tired of hearing about innocent children being hurt, murdered and abused. I live in Baltimore and recently two children were murdered by their adopted mother, put into a freezer and then transported to a new home. A third child was taken away from the mother severely abused. The mother was still collecting money from the state for the two children she had murdered. A four year old was thrown over a bridge into the Chesapeake Bay in February. His father wanted to get back at the child's mother, and so he decided to kill his own son to make a point. The reason I am telling these stories is that we have a big problem in America. Our children are being slaughtered right in front of our eyes and since I am the grown-up now, I think that I should do something about it. I don't know what it is about this particular story, maybe it is that beautiful round face and tummy, but I just can't stand it anymore. There has to be a better way of protecting our children. People who attack children do it because they can. They know that children cannot fight back. I don't have any ready answers right now, but I am going to think about this. Say a prayer for us all.
