IF this reporting is true, then I'm sure it's correct when stated that the "rights" were sold. Now, there's a MAJOR difference between selling the "rights" and "signing over" the artist. Selling the rights is simply a joint agreement to use the artist for future concerts, promotions, and any other form of marketing without asking Baby "pleeeeease". All in all, Wayne is STILL CMR.
