Her head size dies not match how big her body appears to be. When you look at the 1st & second pics, notice that her head is down, When you bow your head down like that, your cheeks & neck appear to be larger than they actually are. IT'S THE CLOTHES. They make her look bigger because they are sweats. They are made to hang loose.

You are the only one who is responsible for you.”

MY mirror is 100 percent correct. I am responsible for myself and for my feelings. I am responsible for what I identify with and what I allow to affect me. I create my own reality based on what I believe and how I live my life. As long as I identify with being happy, positive, beautiful in side and out, caring, sharing and compassionate, that will be the reality that I live.

I write this blog for those of you who need a reminder that no one determines what or who you are except for you. Don’t allow the world to be your mirror. See yourself through your own eyes. But remember, just like Stupid is as Stupid does… ugly is as ugly does and beauty is as beauty does. She and Oprah obviously have an eating disorder and need to see a psychiatrist about it. All this yoyo dieting is not working nor is it solving their weight issue that makes them gorge on food to become that big in the first place. Emotional eating is a psychological problem and cannot be fixed with diet and exercise it is similar to the opposite of aneroxia which also cannot be fixed by just asking the person to start eating. They both have very serious psychological issues at the root of their eating disorders and until they sort it out they are going to continue to yoyo since that is not at the root of the problem.
