Okay, let's put this thing in proper perspective now. If she had written the type of book that you are referring to, it would not have gotten anyone's attention. Protecting the family from embarrasment seems to be what you want to do., i got that. so that includes the husband! SO, My issue is with protecting the man,while he continues to cheat.Keeping silent only allows him to find another victim to cheat with. Unfortunately the kids (if any are involved) get caught in the middle. THis is HIS fault, not hers. He holds the obligation to protect his family. When he went out and cheated , he risked that. I read her book, she has been involunatrily committed twice to the psychiatric ward for being a suicidal and being a cutter. A cutter is someone who cuts themselves as a way of releasesing the emotional pain they are suffering and is a symptom of schizophrenia. She is obviously seriously mentally ill and "acts out" and if she is not careful she is going against a powerful rich athelete who can prove her psychiatric records and hold that against her that she is a pathological liar and self-harms and that she did the "incident" to herself. She may wind up gettinhg arrested for falsfying a police report, going against a millionaire athlete who has access to powerful lawyers and law enforcement impressed with him is never a wise move. She has too much history of making false reports and psychiatric problems to be taken seriously. You see nothing came out of her accusations against the guy from Family Matters since it was all a pathological lie.

I agree with 'the truth'. For one thing, we are in no position to judge her. Whatever we sow, we shall reap. That's the Word. As a believer, I understand that our flesh is the last to be delivered - and we commit many wrongs in our flesh and mind (body and soul realm) but I am so glad that our Spirit (the real us) is perfect through the blood of Jesus Christ.

Even though i'm an advocate/defender of Black women, there is a reason to do everything and yes there are cases when it is ok to put your hands on a woman. I didn't say beat her down like a man, but put your hands on her yes! Everyone is on a different level spiritually in their walk with Christ. Some people are able to be completely set free instantly from some of their bondages and for others it will take a longer process. It all depends on how intense their prayer life is, the reading of God's word and really seeking God to help them change their behavior. Unfortunately, there is lot of sexual sin going on in the Body of Christ that's why God is exposing and cleaning the Church out.
I myself got saved in the middle of living in a ungodly relationship, shacking up with a man. As I got closer to God I was convicted in my spirit through the power of Holy Ghost to let go and end the relationship. God ended that relationship 3 months after I got saved which was really hard and painful for me. My ex-boyfriend chose to continue to live a worldy ungodly lifestyle and I chose to live a righteous lifestyle in Christ Jesus. So you see saved people do have their struggles, this Christian walk is not easy.

My husband (now) and I had issues when we were dating .. we were both fairly new christians, but we were on the path, trailblazing ... However there would be times we were weak and like your friend, we would justify it at the time that oh we're getting married anyways ... But a sin is a sin is a sin ... Right now, and as much as I don't care for Karrine, both her and this married man are no different. Although we criticize Karrine immediatley because we are constantly hearing about her exploits ...
