And things may be about to heat up in Trinidad. A Trinidadian law enforcement official tells MediaTakeOut.com that these new photos may cause authorities to re-open the case against Akon.

@ Notafan THANK YOU!!! Please she is a 14 year old girl that had no business in and 18 year old and over club. And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Akon the same person who sings "I Wanna F.*.C.***. You"? So all in attenedence knew what kind of show they were going to. Hell, that's probably what was playing while all of this was going on! So little chick should've declined when he picked her out of the audience. 1) Because you don't know what's in store for that a.s.s. when you get up there and 2) she had no business being there in the first place. Personally, I do not blame Akon. He did not force that young girl to come on the stage with him. Futhermore if the officials try to press charges they won't fly. Even though this story is old I don't blame Akon I blame the club owners for letting this little girl in and her parents. What type of parents are you to let her go out looking like that and even if she dipped out before they saw her that is still no excuse. As I said previously, she doesn't look fourteen. She was in an adult club. Akron doesn't check I.D. and she was obviously more than willing to participate in a grown man's act. In defense of Akron, (whom I do not personally know) I feel he is innocent of any wrong doing. The little girl, and her attitude towards life is the responsibility of her parent(s). On one else is responsibile for the way she conducts herself in public. Also, for her to attempt telling anyone that she was taken advantage of is ridiculous. She's was not innocent of her act. She was caught in the act and the father should be fined for not knowing the whereabouts of his daughter along wiht not raising her to have a sense of decency and morals. That's his job not Akron's. This situation is so blown out of proportion....It's unfortunate that Akon went to Trinidad and performed for the trini masses and got caught up in a scandal that hampered money for him and Gwen Stefani.
I just recently came back from Trinidad and that's all I heard about everywhere I went. The people to blame most of all is Club Zen, his bouncers, the little girl and most of all her parents.
From the amounts of stories I heard, it seems that her parents didn't have enough hold on her. How could parents believe their child when they say that they are going to TGIF for ice cream with friends and when they don't return 2-3 hours lata and finally hear of what the child was doing end up blaming the next person.
This little girl was very much use to sneaking out and going to all the clubs shaking her tail because she likes to dance.
Also it was a competition and she didn't have to go up on stage. From what I hear she beat out some other girls in dancing and she wanted to win the trip to Africa....well sorry to say it she got a real trip with plenty of smiles in the pictures to prove it.
