The two children in the pic above is Halle and someone, but not this white lady you're showing us. That is obviously another bi-racial child, maybe a cousin. Halle does have a half sister, but as Love_Trinity said, they are estranged because of her sister's drug use. She did an interview with Barbarba Walters a few years ago and I saw it.

I kept telling my mom that Halle's sister is full white and she kept saying I was wrong, they have the same Black father. As a child, Heidi looks mixed. Is it possible that they do have the same Black dad and Halle just took more after that Black side and Heidi the white side? Remember those biracial twins on Montel Williams.
I was a little bit darker than they were when i was that little and i am heidi's complection now. This is very common in biracial children. Further more just because they are two different complections doesn't mean they have different fathers. I dont know if that is her sister or not but I see a resemblance.
MTO needs to stop, that is not halle's sister, halle's sister is the same complexion as halle, she does not look like this woman at all she looks mixed like halle does, not straight up white as this woman does.
