Keisha looks beautiful, is it just me or has she not aged at all...and she is just glowing. Both moms are beautiful, Omar's mom, and Keisha's mom. Unless you are just from another country we are all tainted to some degree.
Being light just means the white man probably dogged your family out more (not talking to mixed kids from different race parents).
So I don't know why people want to act like being light should mean something better. To me it is sadder and a reminder of what has occured in our American culture. And those kids whoare mixed usually have atough time b/c they don't know which half to relate to.
