Well, all I can say is that Wendy gave Nicole an opportunity from being an intern to producing for the show. I hope that she is not just hating and being a crab in the barrel. Nicole was always flirting with the rappers that came up to the show so I wish I could believe her. My only question is why didn't she tape him if it happened more than once? Some men do tend to get out of pocket when with a successful woman but he is a part of the Wendy William's empire. Why would he tear down what took so many years to build? I went some of the comedy shows and Wendy's husband seemed to be very attentive and concerned for her overall well being. He positioned himself so that you couldn't even get too close to Wendy. I read that body language loud and clear. If he wanted to he could have been walking around and relied just on her security. No, he was by her side aka her ride or die dude. We always hear just how lonely Nicole was on the show so was she just jealous that Wendy has a new side kick. Did she feel like Wendy was letting him shine when she was there first. Would Nicole be able to have a fast come up after suing her former boss? Would she get her own show after this or will she fade to black?
I have listened to her since she was on the other station. She is a strong woman who has been through a lot. She will do what's best for her family. My prayers are with Wendy and her family during this time.

Being on of Wendy's former Interns, I completely believe these allegations. During my internship, I have seen her husband on numerous occasions throw temper tantrums to the point where I though he was going to destroy something or someone. I have also witnessed Mr. Hunter being very flirtatious towards Wendy's booker and other women.
There was a time I saw Kevin Hunter riding around in his orange Lamborghini back in Summer '07 up in Harlem with a female passenger. When I saw that it was not Wendy riding with him, I had my own thoughts. I knew what was going on but I kept my place. I have witnessed Kevin and Charlamagne on numerous occasions mixing it up with other whores. If Wendy is there, when she leaves they are in the mix! Mixing it up with the sluts alright!. I can't comment on whether or not Big Kev tried to go after Nicole but I don't think that it is far fetched that he may be abusing Wendy. I remember listening to her once talking about a fight her and big Kev got into while Charlamagne was in their SUV and how Charlamagne knew not to get involved. She didn't go as far as to say Big Kev hit her but it sounded quite physical to me and I wondered if she didn't realize that she was making it slip that her man beats her. |

I not only believe it, but am most certain that this story is based in TRUTH.
And, it really has very little to do with Nicole actually. She was just an observer. The abuse has been going on for awhile. Wendy has cheated on Kev, SEVERAL times during the course of their marriage. If it werent for their son, this 'story' would have broke a loooong time ago.
Now, if you see the real reasons why Wendy would sometimes come into the office/radio crying on certain days on the radio for no apparent reason.
And, before you guys beat up on Kevin for being a bad husband, for the record, he tried to make it work. But he, like many people, are fed up with her brand of selfishness and debauchery.
My prayers go out to their family. Even though they deny it for the press, THEY know the REAL deal. Last, this is the real reason why she declined the reality show that was offered to her last year. The camera cannot film the reality behind this. |

I'm a former intern for Wendy. I don't believe that Nicole was harrassed. In the short time that I was there Nicole was known to be a compulsive liar. I heard that after I left they let her go, and I'm sure she has a problem with that because Nicole and another assistant were trying to start her own business with Wendy's client list, (she told me that herself--see what too much alcohol does?)Nicole would try to get with anything that walked through the door especially if she thought it would help her or result in a paycheck. I don't know about the abuse but I do know that Big Kev does cheat on her. A good friend of mine saw him and some chick in PF Chang's in Edgewater, NJ all hugged up a few years back. So I wouldn't put it past him trying to hit on Nicole. And to those posters who keep saying that Nicole is very flirtatious what does that matter? If she rebuffed his attempts he should've fell back.
Now with the abuse, it probably is true because most people that are in jacked up relationships usually have "all the answers" for everyone else just not for themselves. And Wendy probably doesn't see herself as an abused woman because on some level she probably enjoys it. And feels like she fights back so she's not a victim, "that's just the way they get down". She's is a woman by her own admission that likes drama. I think that Wendy's co-workers that are close to her know what's going on but it’s just an unspoken (or maybe even spoken) rule that it stays between them. You see her and Charlamagne have a lot of inside jokes.
Bottom line is if she likes what goes on between her and Big Kev then I love it. It’s none of anyone’s business but theirs because she isn’t asking any one for their advise or asking to sleep on their couches because Kev knocked her teeth in.
And she probably knew all about Nicole’s claims before the lawsuit came out but she has to save face now because if she admits she knew her husband was sexually harassing her she and WBLS stand to lose a lot of money and Wendy will most likely get fired. to 7:00 p.m,
2. Because0 f my exemplaryw ork pcrformance,in or about May 2006, I was
promoted to the position of Talent Booker/Publicist, also known as Talent
Producerf,o r "The WendyW illiamsE xperience."I n my role asT alentB ooker,I
wasp rimarily responsiblefo r bookinga ndc oordinatingth e guestst hat would
appear on the show and preparing guests for their appearance. For example, I
prepared background information and drafted the on-air questions for Ms.

improper conduct to Vinny Brown, who was the Program Director at WBLS until
last month. However, Mr. Brown failed to take any remedial action or do
anything about the matter. Without the Company's intervention, I, along with the
otherf emalee mployeesc, ontinuedt o endurea n environmenitn which we were
subjectedto pervasives exualh arassmenfte, aredf or our own physicals afetya nd
suffered emotional distress,
20. On or aboutF ebruary1 9,2008,I complaineda boutM r. Huntert o CynthiaS mith,
the AssistantP rogramD irector,a fterb ecomingi ncreasinglya fraido f him. Ms.
Smith told me to bring my concernsto DeonL ivingston,t he Vice Presidenat nd
GenerMaal nag0efW r BLSI adviseMdr ,L ivingsttohna It waos onsernfocrd
my safety duc to Mr. Hunter's violent and unlawful behavior. I also told Mr.
Livingston about my prior complaint to Vinny Brown.

temporarily banned Mr. Hunter from the offices of WBLS. I continue to feel
vulnerable however, as the duration and efficacy of this "ban" is unknown.
24. Moreover, Mr. Hunter was never employed by WBLS or officially "authorized"
to accessC ompanyp ropertyi n the first place,y et he wasa llowedt o entert he
workplacaes h ep leaseadn do penlyu ttera nd/oyr ell obscenitieasn dt hreatsm, ake
vulgars exuala ndo therd erogatoryc ommentsa nde ngagein sexualh arassment.
In addition, the Companyh asn ot communicatedto me how long this ban will be
in effectn or hasi t takens tepst o preventm e from on-goingh arm from others,
includingM s. Williams. In fact,a fterm y complaintsI, haveb eens ubjectedto
blatanla ctso f unlawful retaliationa. sd escribedb elow.
Unlawful Retaliation by the Company and Ms. Williams
25. Immediately after I sent my written complaint to Mr. Livingston, the Company relocatemdy
d esak wayfr omth es tafof f" TheW endWy illiamEsx periencTeh,"e
move wasa retaliatorya ct,p unishingm e by moving me awayf rom the on-going
contactw ith and on-airp articipationin the show,w hich underminedm y position
at the Company and as a talent booker in the industry. Moreover, this action by
the Companys ignaledt o Ms. Williamst hat I was the employeew ho complained
about her husband.
26. Consequently,i n a further act of retaliation,M s. Williams now refusest o work
witl, acknowledgeo r evens peakt o me andh ass ummarilyr ejecteda ll guests
booked by me without explanation. She has also acted towards me in a hostile
manner. These actions have severely damaged my ability to effectively perform
my duties,a sw ell as my repulationa ndc areera sa talentb ooker.
27. On February2 7 and28,2008,I againc omplainedto the Company,r eportingt hat
Ms,W illiamwsa sre taliatianga inmolc b yr efusintoga llowth eg uesIt sb ooked
to come onto the show.
28. In anotheri neffectiver esponseb y the Company,M s. Williams was suspendedfo r
two days, but upon information and belief, was not formally counseled or even
adviseda st o why shew as suspendedA. s a result,w hen Ms. Williams returned,

I totally believe it -- at least some of it. You know what they say, where there's smoke, there's fire. And loyal listeners to her show, like me, have indeed noticed something amiss about the all-of-a-sudden absence of Nicole and her big mouth. And I knew there was something amiss about Wendy's nonchalant response to a question a listener had the other day who asked about Nicole.
This is the same way she acted on the air when her first sidekick Art left under mysterious circumstances two years ago.
Also, there were other signs such as last month when they were preparing to go to L.A. for the Grammys, and Wendy discovered that Nicole was missing and her computer was gone too. She openly wondered what was going on.
Also, in the past, there have been discussions on air by Wendy and Charlamagne about Nicole's abberent love life and how "Hef" was in the room with Nicole, by himself, consoling Nicole about her bad choices in a mate.
And who knows, maybe Hef's advances is the REAL reason who Nicole, though invited, didn't show up for Thanksgiving dinner at Wendy's house.
All of this is adding up. And I certainly wouldn't put it past Hef, since, according to Wendy, he's had issues like that before. She has been very open about his being unfaithful to her in the past. And I agree with another poster here that she said herself on the show that they've been known to physically fight in the garage around the station, as well as being caught in public with him being agressive at least once. So, this really shouldn't be a surprise.
I just find it funny though that she thinks that by not mentioning it at all so far on the show today, and I'm listening intently now, is suspect and hypocritical of her. But then again, she's a damn hypocrite. She tells other women with similar problems to leave their significant others, but then she kept hers.
Another point of contention for me with her is that she talks about hating some stars for certain reasons like infidelity in their marriage ( and I detect a little displaced aggression here), yet she doesn't criticize the stars she likes when they've proven to do the same things that she blasted the stars she hates for( ie. Angelina and Brad/Tori Spelling and hubby Dean.)
And you can't keep saying awful things and wishing bad things on people and not have karma come and kick your ass. I'm sorry. I won't forget that awful thing she said to a caller a couple of weeks ago about how she shouldn't worry about her husband messing around with a 46-year-old jump off and her getting pregnant because the baby will turn out to be retarded anyway. Then she and Charlamagne, diabolically laughing in between, continued to make sounds like a retarded person. Doesn't she think that there are people out there who want to have children at that age because they haven't had an opportunity to during their younger years?
And then when some woman called a week later, saying she knew that jump off's baby was born with a brain tumor and that Wendy was right about cursing the woman and the innocent child because of the child's condition, Wendy just dismissed it in a joking way.
That was awful. The worst. And God doesn't like ugly. And that's why she's suffering this embarassment now.

I went to BMCC in 93 and met Kevin Hunter there. He tried to holla then but he wasn't my type. He would park his Pathfinder outside the school and blast music, my best friend and I used to call him Block Head. I ran into him in Brooklyn a few times and he had the same song, always trying to holla. A mutual friend of ours told me that he had gotten w/ Wendy and my response was that he'd moved up in life. I saw him after that and he was STILL TRYING to take me out. He never seemed rude but they usually don't during first encounters. I often thought Wendy has a dose of low self esteem. She has a facade up. I do enjoy her show and actually enjoy Charlamagne. I wish her the best but think she should follow her own advice to "LEAVE HIM". She loves to tell her troubled listeners that, so maybe she should take her own advice unless there's no prenup. |

I believe this story is true. Nicole and Wendy spent lots of time together as co-workers and friends. Big Kev sounds like an ignorant ass. If you listen to Wendy's show, she always tell her listeners to leave their boyfriends/or significant others if they are NOT married. Wendy is the money-maker in their relationship.
