With each album she takes her music to a higher level. Not only is she a wonderful singer (in the category of Patti LaBelle & 80's Whitney), but her videos are off the chain. To have a music video with an actual story-line is incredible, especially in 2008. To make a video based on Spike Lee's School Daze is no joke. This should have been done earlier, but I'm not surprised that Ms. Keys was the one to make it happen.
Ms. Keys is part of the small number of truly talented singers. Unlike Beyonce, 30 to 40 years from now Ms. Keys songs will still be playing on the radio. |
