I ain't going lie when i heard the phone conversation yesterday i lost a lot of respect for Buck. Not becuz he cried, but becuz of why he cried and who was he cryin' to. Man he gave u the impression that 50 was his father or his GOD or sumthin'...talkin' about "I feel I done got out of line with you", "I'm wrong!!!", "I was just confused a lil' bit!!!" Me and homeboys had to listen to that ish like 10 times and we was on the ground laughin' our azz off!
What I will say however is that the song was a good response to the taped conversation. I respected how he manned up and didn't try to deny that was him on the tape or that it had been altered in any way. Instead he tried to let us know why he reacted in that way and where he was coming from. Buck definitely got some of the respect I had for him back.
If that conversation was really from a year ago, 50 a funny azz nicca! He had that sh*t is his back pocket the whole time waiting 4 the right moment to drop it! When it come to 50 u can't be playin' checkers cuz he always playin' chest! |

The only interesting thing about this whole “tit for tat” drama (at least in my opinion) is that it verifies some of the story line in 50’s autobiographical movie (I’ve forgotten the name)…was it Curtis? All this talking about each other and exposing private conversations is presumably what got him (50) shot nine times in the first place. Why should he care if Young Buck talks smack in public but sings another tune privately when apparently it’s Buck that needs 50 to make money.
