Some of ya'll need to learn the law. Just because the kids live with one parent doesn't mean the other parent is not supposed to pay child support. If he had full custody she would still have to give him money too. (Believe me this is true bc I have a female friend who is paying child support to her ex husband.) When considering child support, they look at both people's income. Maybe they agreed to that amount. Those kids have been living the high life since they were born. If they gave you money based on how much it cost to raise a child, everyone would be getting the same amount. |

first, i really doubt that she's seeking sole custody. i say this because it's not as if he's been a sorry dad.
of course she was going to divorce him...eventually. he was after this girl since she was 15. he's a molester. her mom wouldn't allow it until she was 18. he was known for sending her money and extravagant gifts during that time to keep her interest.
she was smart. she not only married, but learned the tricks of the trade from a mogul. that doesn't make her a gold digger, but resourceful. she became creative director of bp, then president to ceo. dumb people don't make those types of moves and bring in that type of revenue. russell has always been into young girls and she knew it was a matter of time before he got another young one. she was smart enough to protect her future. |

@blackjockforyou: I never took my child's father to court, so don't think that all women are like that, many of us take care of our business. I don't think Kimora will win, the judges are getting fed up with the way women carry on--I'm trying to figure out how she was able to just up and move to LA with the children because I know an NYC cop who has a court order so that his wife can't move anywhere with their kids, period! So if Russell really wants to be an ass, he can be, and he has enough money to be a REAL ASS. The problem is, he chased her all of those years and turned her into what she is today--a self-centered giraffe! Unfortunatley, the youngest child acts just like her!

I myself was never fooled by this union of sorts..I remember when they did this segment on lifestyles of the rich and famous..when they "happy"...they seemed like the proverbial odd couple...the rich old businessman with the shallow young pretty girl model....its just seemed too good to be true.....and their attitudes seemed to be totally opposite....shes high strung while hes....calm laid back and relaxed...
russell built baby phat off his own empire.that was aruound for years..and showed her the ropes in business.....and she repaid him by getting him booted off the board of directors....thats gratitude for ya..then she went off [EXPLETIVE] another man before hey were ofiicial split.....
