MTO you are on point with this comment. I love Mary's music and her voice. her lyrics touch me real deep. but 95% of the time I see this woman perform she makes whatever she is weairng look so ghetto and hood. there's something about her that screams hood rich and ghetto fabulous. EVERY outfit Mary wears is tailor-made for her body. (The "911" video, that video w/Leon, that pink fur cowgirl hat with the jeans in the "All That I Can Say Video" for example).
NOBODY can wear hats like that woman and she just looks good in her clothes.
Mary cut those colored long Bonquisha nails and got a stylist that cleaned her up VERY well shortly after that "I Can Love You" time frame.
Now THAT was when she looked "hood" and tragic.
I guess I'm just partial to Mary because unlike alot of celebrities-she's not all fluff, superficial and a "character." |
