I wanted to go but never started planning and this isn't a trip you can just roll out on a whim. They do that stuff in the US when black based conventions come to an area. Businesses that are normally open are suddenly closed. I guess if it happens here I couldn't be completely surprised that it might be possible in China.
It's also possible that it's just a rumor being spread by Tibetan groups to get us to boycott the Olympics but I never figured there'd be a large number of us going to it anyway. |

Everyone needs to stop thinking so much about how other races view us. If you don't like that they do not want us to eat with them(if that's even true)do not eat with them. If you do not like their products, do not buy them. If you are angry because they come to our country and prosper, then you take a que and open your own business. Stop worrying about whether or not White America loves us or not. Yes white people do fight in the clubs, I'm not disputing that, however, those fights are usually over within a minute and the guilty parties continue drinking or get kicked out. But like Jesse "the hypocrite" Jackson and Al "permed out" Sharpton don't say a damn thing when blacks kill other blacks! When they thought a woman was raped by white lacrosse players, Big Al jumped to make allegations and call for boycotts and expulsions, and felony charges to be brought against these players. Of course she was later found to be lying. No apology for old Al!! When NFL player Sean Taylor (who was black), was killed in his own home by 4 black teenagers, did he call for charges? Did he march in protest? No he didn't do a damn thing!! Black people wake up and start policing ourselves before we go after other races. And of course since there are hardly any blacks living in China, all they see is what's on tv. They're just reacting to what they perceive as a threat to their businesses.
