So she said it was vert unprofessional of them to let that convo be heard by the world, thats when the producer said only they heard it, it wasnt live...But I dont blame her for not being phony and showing her feelings about trying to make her own way without always having to hear about her sister and borther in law. 	I think that Solange was being unprofessional. First off, who's gonna ask you or say something to you about Jay-Z's club shutting down? They may ask you about being at Beyonce & Jay's wedding but you have nothing to do with his club. And while you tried to embarass the interviewer, you officially confirmed your sister's marriage to Jay that they clearly weren't trying to confirm for anyone b/c they would've done it by now (even though everybody knows that they're married). Also, I'm pretty sure that any interview starts w/ them saying hello to her and they were talking about Jay-Z b/4 they even addressed her and they were coming off of a commercial break. Obviously, if she would've put a little thought into it, she would've known that they weren't on the air when they were talking about Jay. I think that someone needs to give her some tips on how to respond and act during an interview. Don't try to embarass the host b/c you end up making a fool of yourself or you portray the image that you're trying to be a diva and you don't need them to interview you. Also, someone should tell her sit properly too. Last time I checked, her first album was a flop and many people don't know about that album b/c it was never advertised properly. She should be grateful to even get an interview to do some type of promotion for the new album. She needs to come to the reality that she IS in Beyonce's shadow unfortunately, & only hard & successful work will get her out of it. Whether a person is "talented" in their eyes or not is irrelevant, because many of them are void of talent. There are (pardon my French) bitches on here with avatar photos that look like mugshots or like they are "missing" posters of lost pets, but they are posing like they model for Ford, not Alpo. We have the critics who criticize for the simple fact that they cannot do. We also have the people who vow not to support people because of someone's attitude. Many of these people have never seen her perform. I've seen her perform (unintentionally -- she opened for Chrisette Michele and Raheem DeVaughn, the folks I meant to see) and she wasn't given any "fanfare." It was actually a pretty bootleg set up she was given at the House of Blues on Sunset. She didn't run around talking about her sister this, her brother-in-law that. When her performance was over, she stood on the patio at the top of Sunset with her son. She was conversing with a couple of folks in her camp and she left in a dirty ass G-Wagon that some white chick picked her up in. That girl isn't living a life of glamour and she never claimed she was. She said herself that she goes to a divebar a few blocks away from where she lives. She puts $10 in a jukebox and she drinks Coronas with limes and sits there, listening to Marvin Gaye. Baby, if that ain't real and the antithesis of a diva, I don't know what is. She didn't say, "I sit at the Chateau Marmont in the penthouse suite and sip Cristal or drink Petrus while my son's nanny attends to him." I have checked myself and my attitude because I am SO sick of seeing Black people put each other down for no reason other than the one person has what the other lacks. 	Fendi- I agree. It happens on a lot of shows. Even The View. Whenever there is a black actor or actress, they are interviewed by Whoopi or Sheri and when Star was on there, She would introduce them. That is something I never quite understood. But I do stand by the fact that if the reporter was white, she would have handled it differently. As far as the being fed thing that you mentioned. The way those works are that the producers have different lines. A line for the reporter and one for the guest. The producer probably didn't realize that Solange's line was live already or may have hit the wrong button. The way Solange made it sound. It was as if he wanted to ambush her. Normally the guests are prepped on what they will be asked before an interview starts. And because the 40/40 thing is such a touchy subject ( whether or not it's true) I'm sure they had no intentions of telling her beforehand. if they catch off guard, it would be a good way to see her reaction and tell whether or not the rumor was indeed true. Errors like that do happen when a person doesn't know they're live. IE Sue Simmons cursing on Channel 4 News live a few months ago. I'm not sure if you or anyone else saw it. It might still be on Youtube. But she thought her mic and everything was off and said the F word loud and clear on air. If Solange had handled that in a classier way. I would have no issue with it. And I believe more people would be on her side if she 1. didn't give the reporter such an attitude. 2. She waited UNTIL the reporter mentioned it and then with a touch of class said what she had to say. She would have come out with the upper hand and on top. The way this is being shown all over the net, it makes her look crazy and disrespectful.
