While I believe that this is a part of being a celebrity I do think the paps are getting way out of hand and the celebs are getting tired of it. Look at how they did Britney, as nutty as she was acting it was still overkill, especially when they tried to follow her in the bathroom. What the paps are not getting is stars are going to have their bodyguards attack and destroy the cameras and then take the rap. In the end the pictures they tried so hard to get are destroyed, the celeb won't be charged (the bodyguard will) and the paps will walk away with nothing. Ex. Kanye West. Is it really worth it? |

2nd NO MATTER WHO HE IS the 1st Amendmnt of our Constitution guarantee's him the right of freedom of expression, which these days includes photogin ANY1 N A PUBLIC PLACE (CELEBS OR NOT).
