1. A plea of "no contest" is the same in the court's eyes as pleading GUILTY, so if Rocko was "not guilty," he should have plead such.
2. Was the 300 lb. man in question club security or was he security for Monica and Rocko? If the security guard was employed to act as their/his/her bodyguard, then the victim is justified in suing the bodyguard, Monica and Rocko and the club may also be found liable for allowing such an assault to take place on their premises.
How a female can ever condone another female being assaulted by a male, especially a 300 lb. male is beyond me. I'm sure Monica has had a black eye or 2 in her day, which is probably why she's defending that piece of crap she calls her babydaddy. In that case, may her sons grow up to beat her ass the way Rocko thinks other women should be beaten.

I AM A LAW STUDENT THAT HAS WORKED DIRECTLY ON THIS CASE, AND MONICA ACTUALLY IS TELLING THE TRUTH. THE STATE PICKED THIS CASE UP AND THE WOMAN HASN'T BEEN PRESENT TO A COURT DATE IN ALMOST TWO YEARS. THE PLEA OF NO CONTEST WAS ACTUALLY SMART ON MR. HILL'S PART BECAUSE HE HAS CONSTANTLY BEEN IN AND OUT OF COURT , WHICH IS COSTLY AND ITS ALSO TIMELY. WHEN THE STATE PICKS UP A CASE NO ONE BUT THE STATE CAN DROP IT.THIS HAPPENS IN MANY CASES AND IF THE PERSON CHANGES THEIR MIND OR STORY ITS TOO LATE. THE REASON I TYPED THIS WAS BECAUSE I DIDN'T CARE FOR HIM AFTER I HEARD WHAT HAPPENED AND THEN I READ THE DOCUMENTS AND READ THIS GIRL ASKING WILL HE PAY? AFTER SHE WAS TOLD IN COURT THAT THEIR WASN'T ENOUGH EVIDENCE FOR A CIVIL SUIT SHE HASN'T SHOWN HER FACE AGAIN.IF THIS CASE HAD GONE TO TRIAL IT COULDV'E GONE ON ANOTHER TWO YEARS AND COST THEM SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS TO PROVE INNOCENCE NOT TO MENTION THE JUDGE HAS FOUND OUT MANY UNDERHANDED THINGS DONE BY THE STATE. FOR ONE HE WAS PISSED THAT OUR SOLICITOR ACTUALLY CALLED CHANNEL 2 NEWS FOR THIS CASE WHEN MR.HILL HAS COME TO AND FROM COURT ON TIME, WELL-DRESSED AND EXTREMELY HUMBLE,(UNLIKE MOST OF THE RAPPERS) WHILE THE SUPPOSED VICTIM PARTIED IN VEGAS WITH FRIENDS ON MONDAY. HE HAS EVEN REACHED OUT TO MR.HILL'S ATTORNEY ONCE WE WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT HER ACTIONS. THIS CASE HAS GONE ON A FOR A LONG TIME.2 YEARS TO BE EXACT, AND IT WAS PUT ON BLAST MONDAY FOR SOMEONES POLITICAL GAIN HERE IN OUR OFFICE THAT HATES RAPPERS. WONT GO THERE BECAUSE I LOVE MY JOB AND TO SAY MORE I WOULD LOOSE IT.WHEN I ASKED MR.HILL HOW WAS HE HE SIMPLY SAID, I'M A MAN AND ITS MY JOB TO HOLD UP FOR MY GIRL AND KIDS. WHEN I ASKED WHERE WAS SHE AS WE GOT TO THE COURTROOM STEPS HE SAID HOME WITH THE CHILDREN,BABYGIRL DIDN'T NEED TO BE OUT IN THE FREEZING COLD WITH MY BOYS FOR THIS MESS.AND NOT ONE BIT OF WHAT HE SAID SEEMED FAKE, AND TRUST READING PEOPLE IS A PART OF MY JOB-TO-BE. I SHARED THIS BECAUSE I SEE HOW QUICK PEOPLE ARE TO JUDGE.THIS WOMAN SAW DOLLAR SIGNS AND IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE IT I WOULD BE RIDING HIS BACK AS WELL.OUT OF ALL THE ARTIST THAT HAVE CROSSED THESE STEPS HE WAS THE KINDEST. SOME WOULD SAY THAT'S FOR COURT BUT YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED HOW SOME COME THROUGH HERE JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE MONEY. JEZZY, GUCCI AND THE LIST GOES ON.ALSO I CHECKED MR.HILLS ENTIRE HISTORY WITH THE SYSTEM AND NO MATTER HOW LENGTHY IT IS THERE NO VIOLENCE IN IT SO MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO MR.HILL AND MONICA. STAY STRONG. THIS TOO SHALL PASS.IF A WOMAN SAYS A MAN DID SOMETHING TO HER WE AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME ITS TRUE, BUT I SEE CASES ALL THE TIME WHERE ITS NOT AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM. In some states once a complaint is made there is no dropping the case,it still moves forward without the plaintiff. The DA just has to find credible witnesses. You know a lot of folks will claim they saw some ish go down just to be in the spotlight, or to be able to extort money from a celeb.Also, Rocko may have had an arrest record that could come back in to play if convicted of a felony, so he did the right thing by plea bargaining. This incident can probably be removed from his record after his parole is over. |

I dont believe he hit her, but he may did hit her. Monica has talked about this situation before. The girl came up to her dude and took his shades off and crumbled it up in his face, after she was asked to leave the V.I.P section of the club, so its safe to say the girl was mad. Also, security was escorting a lot of people out of the club around the same time, including the young lady. Monica said that she was in the restroom when all this took place. She also said that she has been with "Rock" for 8 years and that she has never been hit and she said herself, she pops off at the mouth at him and he has never hit her before. It is a possible, that when security was leading all those people out, somebody from his camp could have hit her or just a angry person that was escorted out. The club could have been very dark and she could have mistaken who hit her. I dont think it was him, but you never know. |

So my previous conversation about prosecutors has been confirmed. Even when they know they don't have a case, they will still pursue it, this should be a felony. That means that anybody in a club with MONEY can be blamed for something and taken back and forth to court over NOTHING! I hate DISTRICT ATTORNEYS MAN.
