Here’s how the Palm Beach Post is reporting things:
“Here, get the first pictures of me and my new wife,” said Williams, who manages his daughters’ careers. He introduced the woman as Lakeisha Graham as the two filled the trunk of a Porsche SUV with purchases.Ummmm … get it Mr. Williams…When I called Williams today, he said the two weren’t exactly married yet but were going to be.
“We’ll probably do it after the tournament in Key Biscayne (the Sony Ericsson Open, March 25-April 5),” Williams said.
But when asked if the sisters approved of his marrying a woman 37 years younger, Williams hung up.
He did his job as a parent and better than most considering how accomplished they have both become. What heterosexual man you know that don't want a woman half his age? Well, lots of older men can still put it down, if you get my drift...he doesn't strike me as a wimpy wining old man, but as a lively youthful one. He could stand to shave that gray hair off his face, but other than that he don't look half bad! To each his own...
I just wonder, had this been the opposite, a 67 year old FEMALE marrying a 30 year old man, what the posts would look like, cause that's sure as heck what I plan on doing!
Lets be realistic if he wasn't who he was would she be interested in this man. That goes for an older women with a younger man if they are genuinely in love then yea..but we know its all about the money when it comes down to it. In our regular lives we see older men/younger women and older women/younger men and my thing is once you get past that fact where are the interests or what do I have in common with a man or women who is 37 yrs older than me? the reality is that most ppl who date ppl way older than them are using them for whatever they have celebrity or not.
The Williams sisters know like we all know...the ONLY reason why a 30 year old woman would even be slightly interested in a 67 year old man is because he has money and and Lakeisha's lifestyle will be upgraded.
If this is what pops wants to do then so be it but he *** expect his daughters to be happy about it. If I was in their position I wouldn't be happy about it either.
I'm sure Lakeisha will produce a baby or two...gotta keep that money coming in should her and pops split up.
