Not to get into my personal business but the first half of my life I was miserable because I did what Society said was right. Knowing damn well men didnt do anything for me but family and everyone else was pushing the straight life like it was the best thing...and Iwas rolling with it all the while feeling violated and disgusted. What Im not understanding is being with a male and pretending they were a woman when there are women everywhere. You couldve been with a woman with know reprecussions at all if thats where you truly wanted to be. As for me I would have to rent flix with alot of lesbian action in them just to enjoy an otherwise uncomfortable encounter. Because I knew that society and my family wouldnt handle it. All this to say tht it boils down to what makes you happy and comfortable in life. If youre comfortable and happy with your wife then thats awesome but if you married thinking that it would stop you from being gay or bisexual then your in for a huge disappointment. Because those feelings will come back and then what do you. If its truly who you are the feelings will come back and no matter how hard you try to fight them or not act on them they are still there and they will manifest themselves in other ways hence your anger and urge to kill or any other horrific urges you may have. Im not judging you I just hope you married for the right reasons and I hope it works out for you.

I can definitely relate to the unforgiving family but I had to realize that my happinesx was more important than their shame and disappointment. I didnt judge my mom for marrying my step dad and I cant stand his ass. I didnt judge anyone when they made decisions I didnt approve of. I accepted it for what it was but loved them regardless. I know in the Jamaican culture it is really hard to be in the life because from what I read there is like a no tolerance thing over there. But my question to you is do you think because of how hard society is especially in the Jamaican culture are on gay people it may have set off some of your psychosis? i wonder that about alot of people and the way we try so hard to be the norm when somethimes its not in us to be the norm. Trying to fit in all these little acceptable boxes can be the root to extreme psychological problems. I have a sister that is schizophrenic and when she is in the right mind she would tell me its because of the pressure andc all the standards we have to live up to. When too much pressure is put on a person it can cause things like schizophrenia, split personalities and other psychological problems because one is looking for a way to excape the pain and confusion. With that said if society would allow people to be who they are, if the black community could stop being so negative an unforgiving we probably could heal and prevent these psychological illnesses. I feel for you because you have to suffer with mental illness and I hope your in continuous counseling so that you can come to terms with what has happened in your past and any demons your fight now.
Its amazing to me that in a world were kids are committing suicide, shooting up schools and doing other inhumane things that people still dont get it. Some of these comment are some of the same reasons these acts occur. People have and want to be accepted regardless of their likes and dislikes, how they dress, who they love or what they believe. Societies intolerance causes so many problems. And it can very easily be said that its is the foundation of alot of the problems we have today. I wish you the best Brothermoses.
