This whole situation with Rihanna and CB has been blown way out of proportion. We have bigger fish to fry people, like:
• Today is April 15th... have y'all filed your taxes yet? If you owe and haven't paid there will be penalties in some cases and you will incur some serious interest. If you talk to the IRS, in some cases, you can even get the amount you owe lowered, depending on your situation.
• If you're employed, is your job secure?? If you're not employed do you have any prospects??
• How's your credit? If it's bad, you can fix it up on your own... just call up the places where you have negative marks and talk them into getting the credit bureaus to erase them (unless you have a balance in that case negotiate a payment plan to pay the WHOLE balance and try to get them to get it out of the negative range.... or negotiate a fee and pay it off. In this case it might just stay on your report but at least it's paid off). I've done it and it works; however, make sure you can get a written notice regarding any negotiations if possible. This takes time, patience and sacrifice. It won't hurt anyone to downgrade on the name brand purchases or stop going out for a while. Just a thought….

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Police are looking for the boyfriend of a local mother who was shot to death in her car last week.
Dominic Verser is charged with murder, accused of killing 20-year-old Olivia Anaekwe.
She was found shot to death last Thursday near South 72nd Street and Gilmore Avenue in western Kansas City, Kan.
Anaekwe gave birth to a baby girl just over a month ago.
Anaekwe's mother hopes Verser will turn himself in to police.
"It's important for young mothers, when they experience any kind of physical or verbal abuse, that they let go," she said.
She said as a Christian woman with forgiveness in her heart, her message to Verser was this, "Physically and spiritually, turn yourself in."
