: MediaTakeOut.com told you that The Game was “unofficially” cancelled a few weeks ago. Well now the CW has made it OFFICIAL. According to Entertainment Weekly the show is now cancelled.
Don’t worry though y’all. It may end up on BET … that is, so long as the cast is willing to accept a 90% pay cut. ‘Cause you know how they do over there at BET.
The CW already got rid of Everyone Hates Chris … is there even anything left to watch on that channel???

Nobody's asking you to be a fan of the show. It's obvious you've never seen Bambii. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Those are just black actors who will have to get other jobs and a black producer who will have to get another job. Even if you didn't like the show, you could at least keep your blabbing mouths shut or your ranting fingers calmed.

I know how BET do. Did anyone see that chain that Terrance J. used to rock. It was so thin and he didn't even have a medallion or anything on it. Well I think they'll prob do it cause they all need the work. I really hate this....The Game is a great show. I guess Tasha Mack just got another hard blow to the face.

Well is was SOOOOO obvious by that the last episode was the end of the show. The last episode was horrible (poorly written, no laugh track, bad cameraman), but at least they gave it a proper send off (unlike Girlfriends)
That show had run it's course. It was time for it to go, it started out as one thing and ended up another. Networks know what they are doing when they cancel shows. It is time!!

Everybody hates chris and the game canceled. You see how they play black people?! First they had a channel for black people called upn waited till they had the numbers and then did a merger. After they did the merger they kept some of the shows only to weed them out slowly. FCUK CW! Boycott that bullshidt.
Dang, I was starting to like the show, when Kelly told her husband that she married him for the money, and then Mel cut her hair to have a fresh start after Darwin and STILL ended up on that cats doorstep making out with him. Oh Well, maybe BET will get it, but they really need to have some concrete scheduling. They get me used to watching the Parkers and the Jamie Foxx show, then all of a sudden, NOTHING! I guess I'm rambling.

There is no reason for me to watch the CW any longer. They have no shows that interest me whatsoever...not even TopModel anymore...
But trust and believe, the CW is not as hot as they try to make themselves out to be...Remember, they are struggling to stay relevant with Fox, CBS, NBC, and ABC for primetime ratings. And those 4 are f***in BEASTS w/ ratings and ad revenue. Poor CW..........NOT. LOL
When I saw the last show I figured it was not coming back. The characters were wrapping things up. Melanie got married, Rick came back to Tasha and the light skin dude left his ex-wife for after court and went off with the black chick.
It did not say "season finale" like they had for some other shows...it just said "finale". That's too bad I really liked this show. I hope BET picks it up WITHOUT a big pay cut.
The CW DID NOT get rid of Everybody Hates Chris MTO, Chris Rock decided it would be the last season. Chris wanted to end it with his character leaving school to become a comedian

They filmed the finale without a laugh track because at the time of filming, the creator Mara Brock-Akil, was still trying to get CW to keep the show as a 1 hour dramedy. True, the final episode kinda wrapped up story lines because they knew it was on the line...they aren't dumb. They knew their renewal was a long shot on that network...all black shows get canceled ...unless they are corny and the producer/creator dresses up like a gun-toting grandma in at least one episode.

It's funny how the "black" shows so to speak are the ones that have been cancelled. They did the same thing to "Girlfriends" and the show "Half-N-Half." They never gave "Girlfriends" or "Half-N-Half" a proper series finale. All of the "white" shows are still up there. They need to take off that damn "90210" because that show is very corny. But, you see it's still up there to be renewed right? I actually liked "The Game" too. Oh well, what can you do? This is "Hollyweird".
THE GAME was one of the best shows on television; if CW is looking for ratings, they have to understand that there are more whites in this country than blacks so if 90% of all blacks are watching a blk show while 65% of all whites are watching a white show, of course, the white show would get the better ratings. The Hills with Heidi and Spencer is a gigantic media hype cuz who the heck is watching that c-rap? The characters in The Game can't even PAY for the kind of publicity that these white shows get for free on the E channel and People Mag. BOYCOTT THE CW. LET'S JUST NOT WATCH CW ANY MORE.
