Many patients MOVE to certain cities for treatment that they didn't have access to in their towns. These numbers represent people that have actually REPORTED their status, so that matters also. I don’t see on this map where is says “STUDY OF HIV-AIDS AMONGS AFRICAN MALE IN THE USA.” ,…The map is clearly a depiction of AIDS cases among NON-HISPANIC BLACK FOLKS….male and female….Read the fukking legend.
But, as always we have these backwards brawds who believe they are immune to this shyt.
But, let’s examine the dynamics behind these numbers. Firs, of all you fukks are making sweeping generalizations that can not be supported by this Map.
You are assuming that Black men is the largest reason for the Red Areas on the Map…can’t be true…for in some cities like Atlanta or States like GA….females outnumbered males 10 :1….
Secondly, you are assuming that AIDS is being contracted strictly through intercourse…well, also not true….many of the aids cases about 30% of AIDS cases can be traced through drug use.
Thirdly, HIV-AIDS are highest amongst young black women then men. What does that tell you…Well, it tells you that many of the black women, who contract this virus, are repeat offenders. What does that mean? It means, many women are fukking with the same man or group of men. If Joe has HIV…he may have fukk Monisha, Sheneequa, Latavia, Rebbeca…etc.
Fourthly, you are assuming that these AIDS cases are being contracted through same-race relationships….bullshyt…I’ve said it before, black people are more prone to this shyt because they are fukking everything. Black women are fukking more and more outside of their race….and so are black men.
Case in point, look at a state like Idaho and Seattle, Washington….I know for a fact interracial relationships are a huge factor in the AIDS cases there. But, the map isn’t showing you these dynamics.

How come the Prophecy of doom for the west regarding AIDS has not materialized?
I still need someone to tell me when AIDS was first discovered in gay population in NY, why is that that the so called African green monkey with AIDS escaped to Africa? Not just to Africa, but a remote village? (THIS IS THEIR STORY, NOT MINE)
WHY is the western model of AIDS for other countries so much different from those of the west? Why is there a difference between what is considered AIDS in the U.S, and what is considered AIDS in Africa? Are Africans so special that they gota have their own definition of hiv/aids? If cancer is cancer regardless on one’s location, shouldn’t hiv/aids be the same regardless of one’s location? So why are there several different definitions of what’ constitutes hiv/aids? HELLO. Aids is the most political disease ever and the key battleground is public PERCEPTION, and the most deadly weapon is the SO CALLED ESTIMATE. EUROPEANS CONTROL NOT JUST THE RESEARCH, THEY ALSO CONTROL THE ESTIMATES AND ALL DATA RELATING TO HIV/AIDS. Look at the map and read the key; you’ll see that some states didn’t report. Why is that? Wouldn’t it have been more accurate if all the states reported? Why give a partial report?
Let’s talk about estimates of hiv/aids cases for those of you who made not be hip to the game, but quick to drink the cool aid. They are using models to estimate hiv-aids cases. Fuking computer models yall. It’s a fuking computer game to them. For example, they claim between 29.4 to 36 million Africans are ‘living with HIV-Aids’, wouldn’t one assume that this exact number of people have been tested? NOPE. All it means it that complicated computer models are being used to estimate approximately 75% of these hiv/aids cases. They haven’t even tested close to 29 million people, this is why they can never give us exact numbers.
SO MOVING FORWARD, WHEN THE WHITE MAN AND HIS HIV/AIDS RESEARCHERS TELL YOU THAT X MILLION OF BLACK/AFRIKAN PEOPLE HAVE HIV/AIDS, ASK IF THOSE NUMBERS ARE ACTUAL NUMBERS OF PEOPLE TESTED. WITH 100% CERTAINITY YOU’LL GET A NO ANSWER.

One last thing....I don't put stock in percentages when it comes to blacks in the USA. Because blacks make up such a low number of the population, every statistics targeting blacks will be ballooned. So, I am not enthralled by percentages, give me actual numbers.
Those who are mathematically incline will understand my point…But, for those who are not…take this simple example.
Let’s say there are 100 black men and 1000 white men that make up a population. And let’s say 10 black men are exposed to disease X…and 10 white men are exposed to same Disease X. Well, because the total population number of black men is lower than that of white men, the percentage of black men who contracted the disease will always be higher than the percentage of white men.
Black men with disease x = 10/100 = 10%
White men with disease x = 10/1000 = 1%
Even though the numbers are the same, the percentages are skewed in favor of white men because he has larger population sample size.

Percentages only matters when you are looking at same group interactions. And I agree, this is the only context where using percentages would make sense.
But, there is an inherent flaw in your premise….You are assuming in 2009, blacks are only interacting with blacks. In places like South Florida, Seattle Washington, Oregon, NY where there are heavy race mixing…and interracial relationships, I don’t see how these percentages can be appropriately apply only to black folks.
See…if blacks lived in a Vacuum and never traveled, never intermingle with other races, then I would more than agree with your point.
But, look at the statistical map.. they are showing percentages of blacks who have HIV across the US…this is a miss-leading statistic….
Give me numbers…and I let me assess the data on my own..fukk the percentages.
