Michael Wants the kids to stay with people that he KNOWS will do a good job raising them... people who put money behind and do it because they really care. Now tell me this, does some of Michaels family look like they care when they hear the word "money" involve? I'm glad with Michaels choice, a bit shocked though that janet wasn't mentioned since i thought they were close, but the man is doing the best for his children and I give him respect for that. |

IF MJ's mother, Katherine, had already passed away at the time of MJ's death THEN Diana Ross could have stepped in.
Since Katherine Jackson is ALIVE, Diana Ross will NEVER get custody. Diana Ross probably didn't want custody of MJ's kids anyway. |
