: MediaTakeOut.com just received some EXPLOSIVE new news is the case of the death of Atlanta Housewives Kandi Burress' ex-fiance AJ Jewell. According to a family member of the accused killer, Fredrick Richardson, AJ may have suffered a heart attack.
The family member told MediaTakeOut.com the following, "You need to wait until all the evidence comes out. [AJ] was not murdered. Did they get into a fight - YES! But [AJ} died of something else, probably a heart attack ..."
And there's at least SOME evidence that what the family member is saying may be true. Here's the piece of a report from TMZ:
Our sources say witnesses told authorities A.J. was walking and talking after the fight -- and he didn't even take an ambulance to the hospital, instead hitching a ride with one of his friends.WOW!!!The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office tells us A.J.'s body showed evidence of a physical altercation -- and they're trying to determine the extent of those injuries while also looking to see if there "was another cause of death."
There are some ppl that were there, that are lying and changing the story to protect dude, and they all should be brought up on charges for lying and contaminating facts....first they said he died on the scene....

I remember when i was young...my great uncle had an argument with a man in my great grandmas house....my great uncle shook the man, slapped him around and threw him into a wall...the man made a face, grunted and slid down the wall...they helped him up into a chair and he had a heart attack and died....sometimes its just too much on the heart.

They mentioned something like this on our local news outlets, here in Atlanta. I was surprised to hear that he walked away. Reports seemed to indicate that he had been beaten up unfairly and smashed on the head.At any rate, it is FAIR for the young man who lived, (and was hospitilized) to look into the CAUSE of death. AJ beat this man up as well. I mean, we have something that appears to have been a one on one fight, somewhat like a wrestling match.Local authorities told our news station that the two gentlemen simply did NOT like one another. So hear you have two hot heads, fighting in the streets like GOONS, so who is supposed to figure this foolishness out?While the sympathy may lie with the deceased, the young man living has a right to a fair trial. He was beat up, and suggests or contends that he was defending himself in a fair fight. If no weapons were used, and it was a fist fight, i would tend to AGREE with him.Older people should never fight! Your bones and injuries do not heal as well as two teen boys fighting. AJ also appeared to be short. At any rate, he pitted himself, his age, and maybe drugs or alcohol against something that led to death. In the interest of fairness, i will say that Fredericks should at least be charged with INVOLUNTARY manslaughter. But to charge him with manslaughter, in a one on one fight, in which he may have been DEFENDING himself is simply not fair. the real questionn is IF IT APPEARED THAT AJ WAS GETTING BEAT TO DEATH, WHY DID NO ONE STOP THE FIGHT OR TRY TO BREAK IT UP? maybe because blacks think that its entertaining to see others get into physical altercations. 2nd regardless if he died of a heart attack the other dude should be charged with voluntary manslaughter because is actions led to AJ's death. Either way it goes. Even if he died from a heart attack the blows to the head and the fight in general is what got his heart racing and im sure the injuries and loss of blood had something to do with his heart beating so fast by trying to pump the little blood he had left and causing a heart attack. Im no doctor but Ive seen [EXPLETIVE] die. So sad. Bottom line is if it wasnt no fight, he would most likely still be alive. But all happens for a reason.

Ya Boy Fred is going to jail, just for being involved no matter how yall twist up the story. I've seen cases where somebody broke into somebody's house and the man had a heart attack and the robbers went to jail for murder. So Heart Attack or Blow, he still facing jail time, Lots of it.
The situation is a mess. Both parties decided to engage in physical violence, both should be held accountable. So because AJ's outcome was death it makes the other man GUILTY? it's insane. If they beat eachother to a pulp n were still alive nobody would see that one person is more guilty than the other. I'm just saying the other guys intention were prolly NOT to kill AJ.
We all need to wait for the medical examiner's report. If someone jumps you, you're gonna defend yourself, damn the outcome. It could simply be a case of self-defense. It's a shame AJ died, but $hit does happen. Kandi's mom knew there was something shady about AJ, and she had every right to let her daughter know how she felt about her finance. Do you know how many head injuries can take hours, even days to actually kill you? Remember that actress, Natasha Richardson, who died after hitting her head skiing? They say she was walking around for an hour or so her accident before they realized she was hurt enough to need medical attention. She died in the hospital the next day. So his walking around afterwards says nothing.
R.I.P AJ! May your soul rest in peace! I'm pondering on the fact that there wasn't a (CAMERA)on the building covering that parking lot where the incident occurred! That would be helpful to answer the main question. Who was all involved? Who threw the first punch? And what the hell really happened. The most important thing is the Autopsy report. I hurt for his children and Kandi, cause she loved that man with everything she had in her. Again, RIP AJ.
