Obviously, the result of this particular story is positive and good for the masses. We hear enough negatives about people, and we still don't know all that they went through. In view of the fact that this is cancer recognition month,the story is timely, and also doing its level best in making people aware of cancer. My mother had breast cancer,and survived it because it was caught early. Ladies AND men, please have yourselves checked out. OMG, I know her. I was working at this hospital in TX when she came in with her mom and was diagnosed. I started crying because she was so young, and had to excuse myself. I remember them saying that she was engaged to a ball player. She was so sweet. I saw her in the mall weeks after and we spoke and she gave me a hug. I'm happy to hear that everything worked out. I wish them the best.
This is what it's about. Being willing to give of oneself for the sake of the other - love. Not how good someone looks or how much of a "freak" one is in bed (or other places). People grow old, bodies stop functioning, children grow up and leave, and all you have left is each other's company. Make sure you enjoy it before you pledge "I do".
