This is one reason I never joined a sorority. I'm not about to go through that nonsense to belong to an organization. I dated a Sigma and when he was pledging and sometimes he would come home bruised. I don't understand it. The stuff that goes on should be banned. |

What's even sadder is the fact that some of the "Greeks" here on FB are going to comment on this story by saying how there's is better..it's happened before
I personally did not need to be hazed or join a CLUB to be validated as an educated middle class Black person. That's all these groups are...clubs for the ones who feel better than ghetto folk to join

That's a shame. It shouldn't take all that to get into a fraternity or sorority. I remember when I was in college this fraternity suggested that the pledges steal a chair off this man's porch and one pledge got shot by the man and died. They really run out. |
