This is true that there are untold numbers of BLACK WEALTH out here in the world and that can be said about every other nationality as well. Someone said they do not like upity blacks first you have never met them nor do you now them..Secondly would they meet your approval if they were gang banging, selling drugs, having kid after kid, or shaking their behinds in rap videos for 5 mins of fame. Or how about if they were dropping out of school mistreating black women or was poor and broke.

There are many Black American couples like this all over this country. Nothing new here. It is good to see positivity like this about us. Education will help you to attain success like this. There is financial aid out there to help you to become educated, even for felons. Contact your local community college, college, or university. Consider an HBCU. There is no excuse. Nurses are needed all over this country. Pursue a degree, or some type of trade. Education is the key. Leave the ghetto, if that is where you are living.
This great to see but why do people act like there is something wrong us playing sports,rapping,or singing to get ourselves out of poverty.Going to college is great but not everybody can afford to go;if God blessed you to be talented enough to go pro,or have a hit album then whats wrong with taking advantage of that.Sure you can go to college and get a degree which is great but its not like you can get a job that pays well enough to get you and your family out of poverty once you graduate.By going pro or having a hit album can get you out in a heart beat.Twitter/sofreshmarcus23

Educated, powerful (being an athlete or entertainer isn't power, dumbasses), cultured, well-groomed, well-dressed, more than likely articulate, and... lo' and behold, all the Black men have actual Black women who are brown & dark-skinned... so does the POTUS! I dunno why in the world Black women focus on what *** like and let that affect their self-esteem.
Next time a dirty *** like "the I don't like dark butts rapper" or athlete who probably reads at 2nd grade reading level says they don't like dark-skinned women... just laugh at them like they're the irrelevant coons they are. They're just court jesters who got in the "palace" (income level & fame) and want to be part of what they see as "royalty" (White upper class). They're more insecure (inferiority complex) than the brown/dark women they try to put down b/c @ the end of the day they're just there to entertain the people they want to be with.
