Now this is not the first time that I have gotten into discussion like this with white women and I know that there has got to be something wrong. I am in my mid-thirties and I never heard my mother or her friends complaining about black men dating white women now many of my friends are single and unmarried because they are waiting for that black man who just is not coming. As far as not being with a broke man I am pretty sure that Keenan's wife was with him when he was "broke" but she still loved him. From what you have written I guess you believe that most women should just go after the dollar.
As far as interracial dating goes, I know plenty of sisters, including myself who have done it but it is usually after being dogged by black men for the upteenth time that some of us make this decision. all the foul comments i've read about white women could easily be applied to black, latina, asian, indian, or whatever "bad women" you want to pick. i have worked in several black-owned businesses & organiations and i've encountered many manipulative, gossipy, greedy, violent, selfish, abusive, backstabbing, & emotionally unstable women and men, many of whom were considered to be successful, positive people by their peers of several different ethnicities.
i've also known many selfless, honest, loving, caring black, white, etc... men and women.
so, give them a break & mind your own life. |
