I think Tameka looks very nice, even in the 2nd photo. So she's got some stretch marks. It's what happens once you've popped out a few kids, so she accepted it for what it is and did not choose to go with plastic surgery. I think her figure is right on point for a woman who's carried three children, she's showing her natural beauty, a real woman. She could be some of yall mothers. Honestly, I wonder if this picture is real. We all know our own bodies pretty well. So we know what areas need work. With that said, I don't think she would have taken a picture like this, for it to be in a magazine, knowing her stomach is not right. And believe me, I know about having children and not bouncing right back to you pre-pregnancy body. If this picture is real, she looks okay for having had three kids. Hell, I only had one child and I didn't bounce back. I know some women whose stomach went right back flat. On the flip side, I know some women who look like they could still be pregnant. Yes, it's true not everyone can have the perfect body that Hollywood approves of; some folks have medical conditions such as thyroid disease that they just cannot shed the excess pounds, and so they just have to accept it and keep their confidence up because it's natural. I have children of my own, and while I may be fit myself, I know it’s not necessarily an easy task to stay fit because I’ve had to watch my beloved sister struggle with her weight for years since she’s had her 2 kids. She works so hard at the gym and even hires a personal trainer, but due to her injured back and digestive problem, it’s hard for her to get back to her original size and obtain the results that she desires, but that does not make her less of a human or “unfit” mother. Her husband is still standing by her because he loves her and the children that she’s helped brought into this world. Nobody’s perfect, but love is divine. Once you’ve got love in your life and on your side, the flaws can be overlooked. Love conquers all. |

For 3 (?) kids she looks actually very good. Sometimes you gotta look at the positives, her legs look pretty toned and her breasts look like they still have a lot of elasticity and aren't riddles with stretch marks and hanging down to her knees.
No her stomach's not the best but she doesn't necessarily have a gut, it actually looks like it's smaller than 35", where it starts to get really unhealthy for women. She's actually not carrying a lot of weight on her stomach which is what makes it VERY unhealthy for women.

1. breastfeed (it burns calories and drops that tummy)
2. use an ace bandage. this holds your stomach in and helps your organs return to their rightful place. if you do this U WILL HAVE NO STOMACH.
3. do like 30 sit ups a day to tone up what the ace didn't handle. this isn't a lot.
4. walk in the neighborhood with your child in a stroller. guess what? you're burning calories.
5. some of you could be doing this now..... hint.
6. of course it takes work! anything worth having (your nice body) requires it. |

I'm sitting back reading some of the comment where people are saying this lady looks "normal" for a woman of 40 with kids and that "90%" of women her age with kids look like that. I just turned 40 on Monday, and I have 2 kids and a grandson. I have no stretch marks, I have no loose skin (jelly belly) and I don't have a personal trainer or even work out, other than walking the track. Furthermore, I doubt I'm even as tall as Tameka is, and from the looks of her thighs, I can see that she's thinner than I am. Some women can't help the loose skin they retain after pregnancy, and that's fine. But if you can't help it, that doesn't mean it's cute to flaunt it, like Tameka's doing in the above picture. When you put yourself out there like that, you're just begging for negative comments. I don't think she looks good in either body or face. She still strongly resembles a man to me.
And for those who really think that's what 40's supposed to look like when you have kids, you are sadly mistaking. That statement is absolutely false, and I and a whole slew of my friends and other women I know are living proof. |

Tameka is the woman that MTO and many folks on this blog love to hate. Yeah, I said it. Yall don’t even know this woman, but yet yall have judged her to the point that you make her out to be less than human, all based on what the media says about her. It’s clearly that yall either very naïve and strongly influenced by the media or just hating on this poor woman because she’s got Usher. She and Usher are moving on with their lives together while yall so obsessed with her look and her relationship with Usher.
Whether or not she should have posed for this picture, well she’s grown, it is her prerogative. How do yall even know that she gave consent for the photo to be released to the public? Yall know how stuff be leaking in the media, just as Ray-J. That photo can be altered for all one knows. As far as looking like a supermodel to pose for such photo, who’s to say what a supermodel supposed to look like anyway? Is there a written rule somewhere or a masterpiece of a model that says what someone’s body should look like when everyone is shaped differently? Is there a written rule that ONLY supermodels can pose for a revealing photo? Isn’t everyone attracted to different shapes and sizes? Not everyone is attracted to the so-called “supermodel”, some folks just attracted to the natural look or the extra love handles. Maybe Tameka is comfortable in her skin and not trying to look like a supermodel. Many of the supermodels on the magazine are so anorexic, they look sick. Not everyone can be a size petitie.
I hate to shock yall, but there are men who find plussized women like the comedienne, Mo’nique attractive. Well, she got a man, doesn’t she? Just as there are other plussized women who aren’t celebrities who got a man/husband who find them attractive and maybe would rather see them on a cover of magazine then Ms. Petite model, to each its own. If you don’t find her attractive, then keep it moving, don’t stop and stare and make her out to be the forbidden fruit.
So my point is, obviously somebody finds Tameka’s love handles to be sexy, and who are we to say what Usher should and should not be attracted to? Unless Usher is paying yall to judge or approve of whom he should date or marry, then all this harsh and ignorant comments about Tameka is unnecessary and can only stem from jealousy. Call it what you want, but the fact to the matter is Tameka’s got Usher, so suck it up and accept it for what it is.
If Usher chooses to be with this woman, so there must be more to her than just her body. Ever consider that maybe Usher just wants a woman whom can make him happy and that maybe she makes him happy aside from all the flaws that yall pointing out on her? don't know how these peeps got ahold to it, but i do think that she took this photo with her belly looking like that, however she knew that the end result would look different. her stomach would definitely look different if this same pic was posted in a magazine.
i've seen visuals of how celebrities look before and after their pics have been photshoped and b/c they know this procedure is done, they trust the photographer to "fix" the photos.

It's very, VERY obviously photoshopped, and she almost looks feminine. The face in the bottom pic is very obviously not photoshopped, and you can barely even see all the makeup she's wearing in photo #1. Yeah, someone definitely leaked that second photo. The stats show that MOST women are actually bigger than Tameka is in the picture and that many many of them are altering their bodies by having liposuction and tummy tucks...sooooo if more women look better than this woman why is that surgery so popular? Like I said, the top pic was photoshopped and the bottom was not. That picture is not the result of her trying to make the statement that Usher loves her just as she is, or that's she's proud of herself just as she is, even if that's truly the case. They are the result of someone leaking an untouched-up photograph of her. I guess the only way to tell for sure would be to sneak a peek at Essence in the grocery line.

It is really unfortunate that we would tear this sista down. As many of you no we all have imperfections. I myself have had three babies, am over 40, and am still Fabulous! It saddens me to think that all of the events in my life ie., motherhood, being a wife, and starting a new life with the man I love that are meant to bring joy, would only riducle from my people if somehow I had ended up with an Usher or someone one like him. Is Tameka not deserving of Usher? Who makes that determination. Usher is a grown as man and he has chosen. The thing I don't understand is how black folk can be so critical of one another. All of these condescending attitudes and negative remarks against Tameka are ridiculous, sad, and demonstrate a pathetic behavior that we have been conditioned to display amongst our own people that we can not seem to erase. Please stop the madness. Tameka Foster is a mother, and mother to be. Can you imagine what all this is doing to her? I pray that she remains strong and do not let the ney sayers get to her. Judging by many of the comments that I've read on this blog, the media has poisoned the minds of its audience that many of our blacks included, have forgotten how hard we as blacks had to fight and still have to fight to be accepted in this white-dominating world because white folks think we’re inferior and therefore not good enough, just as many folks on this blog think that Tameka is not good enough, when clearly these two are happy and have accepted each other and decided that they want to spend their dying days together.
So while you guys may be fighting a losing battle because ignant people will be ignant people, just keep your spirit, stand up for you believe because a mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Usher is gay. This is all being done to try and help him sell his next album. A wife and a child will help man him up in the public's eye and give him a lot of media attention. I think it is backfiring because this is just too far fetched to believe. He is getting negative publicity and it is turning a lot of his fans off. His last album was pushed by the big public breakup w/Chili. He supposedly cheated on her and was became this player. It all fit right in with the album and he sold alot of them. |

i see people are still talking about this, all i have to say is right on to M White and a few others. I am a model, and i know first hand that all pictures get doctored, no matter who is in them. I have had my make up changed, waist made smaller, stretch marks removed, eye color changed, etc. in several of my photos. It happens and its not a crime to be normal. This is a normal woman, and no i'm not trying to start a save tameka fund, but if people found as much love as they find hate in there hearts, the world would be a better place, and maybe we can get the man/woman of our dreams. Stop being so negative people, even if we dont agree with other peoples choices, keep it moving. I have people not like my pictures more than a little bit because i have done nudity, but i do artistic nudes, i dont do play boy style nudes, and people still tend to link my photos to sex. Nude doesnt always equal sex, but people are so shallow minded, and afraid. Dont be mad at others for doing what u might be scared to do. |

The big ordeal everyone seem to overlook is the marriage aspect. This world is messed up and marriage has been destroyed. She and her ex-hubby didnt divorce over biblical reason, therefore God will continue to see her married to her first husband, regardless if she marries Usher. Marriage is a very serious thing (read II Corin, chapter 7!!! Unless someone spouse pass away or commit adultery, you are still married in God eyes. Besides, she stated she and her ex grew apart, which isnt listed in the bible for grounds for divorce. On a simpler note, We should all understand having babies, you will never receive the old tummy we used to have, so that should not matter in founding a mate (if you dont already have one). No one looks the same, but some just recovers better than others. |

@bpaulg2009: I agree. Something is just not right about this union. It sounds like some sort of arrangement. If you're not gay why are you in gay clubs? It has been reported that Usher frequents them. This young man could have anyone in the world, yet he chooses a married or estranged woman, who's his stylist with 3 kids! A ready made Brady Bunch?!!! Can you imagine Usher with 4 kids?!!! Just a few years ago he said he wanted to wait to have children. And all of a sudden Tameka's posing for pictures. Chili is a beautiful woman. There's no way on this green earth they just broke up over something trivial.
One thing Usher has to realize is there are wiser and older people in the business than he is. Years ago labels, studios and publicists controlled an artists/actors' image. Usher is putting all his business out there by continually announcing what's next. His fans don't seem to be pleased and they are the ones who buy his cds and attend his concerts. If I were his publicist or manager, I'd rein in these negative stories before they backfire. His fans don't seem too pleased by this quick relationship, dumping of his mother, pregnancy and impending marriage. Why do you think stories are planted about celebs that aren't true? Because an artist with the right people wants to protect that million dollar image. Raymone Bain is forever throwing out a lie about Michael Jackson. They're trying to resurrect his image. Why didn't Janet announce her last marriage for 13 years?!!!! She wanted to protect that sweet, single image, that's why. Usher's people better get it together with this Tameka mess and all these stories every week. Next week we'll hear she's having triplets and living in separate houses. |

Even though I think this marriage will not work, I feel that everyone should leave Usher and Tameka alone. He loves her and that is all that matters. What we think does not matter, but he will lose alot of fans. He does not need to speak out everytime there is a headline about his fiance, leave it alone. He is only giving people more things to talk about. This is what happens when you are a celebrity. I believe people do not approve of the relationship because of how it started, but we are not perfect. Usher have fans and they do not approve of this relationship and they are speaking out against it, but he is giving his fans more unanswered questions by his actions lately. I believe everyone should let it be. If this is what is wants everyone should be happy for him and wish him the best. |

i think it's photoshopped. in the top pic, you see no shadow at all on her neck. in the bottom pic, her entire neck is blacked out, which could be a shadow added to cover up the photoshop job. why would her neck have no shadow in the top pic and be completely blacked out in the bottom pic? it's the same lighting. besides, if it was her she could have since got that fixed. or if not i bet with usher's money she will. |

Everyone can't be "perfect" looking in all areas. Tameka got a cup of courage on the day of the shoot and felt beautiful and wanted to capture the moment.
It's unfortunate that we live in a society that says that your body must look a certain way to be beautiful. No one is looking at what she isn't...such as obese along with other physical issues that happen at 40.
I noticed that she is very different in her appearance, but she only took the picture that most women wish they had the courage to take.
As far as all of the peoplet getting plastic surgery to look like the cover girls, God didn't make any mistakes when he made you and he knew what he was doing when he blemished you.
If you have a "perfect" body...be greatful, but don't sh#$ on others' moments of loving themselves.

Further more, big ups to Usher for choosing a woman with a real situation. He instantly became a father to her 3 children when they got married along with her body type. Celebrities have been known to get married and stay married long enough to hit the tabloids and then get divorced from the cookie cutter type women. Celebs should see a woman as a woman and not cherry pick based on her body and her so-called perfection. Everyone has baggage and it's up to the individuals involved to support one another and love one another. Tameka might turn out to be more loyal than society's celeb arm candy. As long as she is beautiful to Usher, that is what matters. Come to think of it, when you are in love, you see past what everyone else thinks because you are blinded by real love.
Usher and Tameka Raymond, I am praying for you. Other celebs should grab on to a real woman as well...more than likely they will find true love this way. There is no reason to worry about a woman being a fan because you want someone that loves and supports who you are...duh.
