: Malaysian authorities have issued a stern warning to Beyonce about her performance in their country later this year. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the Asian country told Beyonce that if she violates their decency laws, she faces criminal prosecution
And the penalties for violating Malaysian's decency laws are extremely harsh. The offender could face a steep fine, time in prison, and even a caning!!! A caning is a painful physical punishment whereby the subject is hit with a wooden pole on the bare buttocks.
Beyonce's Malaysian concert promoter Razlan Ahmad Razali explains, "We've informed Beyonce's management about this issue of clothes ... [She] won't be able to do the kind of show here that she does elsewhere." The promoter, who would also face criminal prosecution if Beyonce violated Malaysia's strict decency laws, added that Beyonce must wear a bra and panties at all times during her show. And MediaTakeOut.com has also learned that the Bootylicious babe is prohibited from wearing "miniskirts and clothes that expose her navel" during her performance.

Well, I don't know about what Beyonce's people are doing or saying, but the laws in Malaysia, along with other countries in Asia have that caning law, where they will beat your bare a$$ or back with a wooden stick.
