Ok let's stop the fu@king presses. If she filed in Harris County (where I live in Houston) she is definately getting more than $1000 in child support. The great state of TX don't play that. They go straight by the income. If her child is the only one receiving child support that child is entitled and will get 25% of his income. Too bad we don't have spousal support her but we do have community property and if there is no pre-nup..... 1/2 of all income and property especially if he committed adultery. |

I lived in TX while they were going through their divorce and it was a quiet one nobody new nothing about it. How does she get child support and he has custody of their son. I find this hard to belive but I do think he should have given her more money than that and some of that property they have in Tx. he has a ranch on alot of land their and it very beautiful. No court doucment is going to state "bread and butter" or put the lawyers address in there as "where ever you may find him" or quote a lawyer saying "put someone else in the mix" and no judge in Harris county will let ONE lawyer represent both damn clients. That is called a conflict of interest.

@ addorable4u...you are so right. how does she get child support for a child that he raises.his child is in private school on the East Coast.
He was divorced before anyone even knew about it, single, dating and now married for almost a year. when did he do all this damage to her? Did he beat or swindle her memory? No, the smooth sailing she was getting is gone and she is pissed.
Listen to the show sometime, he puts that all out on front street. He talks about how he missed seeing his twins grow up because he was on the road. He talks about how he raised his first wife's son as his own. He has never lied about it.
Like he always says, if people are talking about you then you are doing your job well, it's when they STOP that you have to be worried. |

Could be true. I saw an awards show once, where he was presented an award, and asked for his wife to come up while he accepted the award. She threw him daggers the whole time, and her comments were snippy, to put it politely. She acted like she wanted to boil his rabbit, but he kept it cool. That tells me that they were having problems, but he FORCED her to come up and speak on his behalf with him, against her will. He probably whooped her azz into submission. |

Steve has been dating the new, third wife for years. He dated Mary while married to the first wife. That's his MO. Mary is not the brightest bulb in the lamp but she didn't deserve to be swindled. He needed to be exposed as should any man who tries to get over. As for Wynton, he had partial custody but not sole custody so she is entitled to child support. I hope she gets half, the lawyer disbarred and Steve gets a new wig... |

I believe every word of it! This man is soooo full of s-h-i-t. He appeared in person at the FYE near Radio City Music Hall to sign copies of the DVD, "Don't Trip, He Ain't Through With Me Yet." At THAT time, I was a fan, so I decided to purchase the DVD and get his signature on it. I paid for it and then waited in line for HIS MAJESTY. When it was my turn, I approached the SOB, smiling. He gave me the most nasty look I've ever seen a human being give another on a first meeting. If I didn't have my 12-year-old daughter with me, I would have taken the DVD out of the box, put it on the floor, stepped on it and left. I'd already seen it in the movie theater anyway. Instead, I stood next to him and had my daughter snap a picture.
His nephew, Tommy, was much more polite and classy.
And HELL YEAH, Mary, should get ALL the child support she's entitled to. I get $1,300 a month for one child, and my child's father is a police officer!! I KNOW she's entitled to more than that. |
