: Fat Joe has come out publicly to respond to MediaTakeOut.com's report that Papoose beat him up. In an interview with Oakland's Big Von on 106 KMEL, Fat Joe claims that he and Pap met up in Cassidy's hotel room and he confronted Papoose about some reckless comments he made over the radio.
According to Fat Joe, Papoose refused to back down so he "caught him [in the face] with like eight joints until he was balled up in the corner."
To add insult to injury, Joe claims that during the beating, Papoose lost his watch. And a few hours after the whooping, Papoose reportedly came to Fat Joe saying, "Yo I don't want no problems ... I lost my watch, can I get my watch back." But Joe claims that neither he nor any of his associates have Papoose's watch.
And don't expect there to be a rematch anytime soon. Fat Joe told the radio station, "It [would be] abuse ... if you see me stand next to this guy, you'll understand it's abuse."
Oh and in case you're wondering, MediaTakeOut.com is still negotiating to get the alleged camera phone video. Stay tuned....
