He could have easily said that he would pay more than what the judge ordered for payment. If 50 really was not being selfish and trying to hurt her for moving on he could have signed the house over to her and gave her 10,00.00 a month in child support and called it a day. She would have the house and it would not be all of this craziness simple as that. When he turns 18 what will she do for money no more child support then? She should have taken that 25k a month and invested the majority of it, so when he did grow up she would have been straight. Next, who is her baby’s father of course 50, I would have parlayed that in to a book deal or a business. She can open a subway or a liberty tax office; there startup costs are less that 100k to open. I am quite sure he would have sat down and shut the f-up. Then I would have purchased my own home and collected my child support. Please remember you can use child support income on a mortgage application.
Bottom line, she has the wrong people around her, and he is trying to forget his past. Remember she is a hood rat right? Why would he would want to be in her company, when he could hang out with all the cum drinking groupies in the industry. |

@danakedtruth1...I agree with your points and you think like me. I would of found a way to make that money last starting from the 1st check. You are also right about there are 3 sides. But there is also the court documents, to show that she demanded more money and in turn the amount was substantially reduced. That says to me, "gold digger"...and I am not a man. But I am sorry, if I had the means I would try and assist a man if he was taking card of my child ie, put him in a house and pay the bills.
