Some of ya'll need to learn the law. Just because the kids live with one parent doesn't mean the other parent is not supposed to pay child support. If he had full custody she would still have to give him money too. (Believe me this is true bc I have a female friend who is paying child support to her ex husband.) When considering child support, they look at both people's income. Maybe they agreed to that amount. Those kids have been living the high life since they were born. If they gave you money based on how much it cost to raise a child, everyone would be getting the same amount.

I guess some people do not know what full custody is. Full custody does not mean that the other parent is not a part of the child's life or doesn't get to see them. While 1/2 a mil a year seems to be waaayy too much $$ for child support, the fact is that the kids are supposed to be able to have the same lifestyle they were accustomed too before their parents split... I don't know what their financial situation is but it appears that they have fat fat fat $$$. Is it really true there was no prenup??? Russell is such a smart business man, that doesn't seem like a good move on his part, but I'm sure his lawyers will work it out.
