	All of those women in that documentary were AVERAGE, not even. So imagine what the really nice-looking women deal with, all I can say is it's RIDICULOUS in NYC--I've seen it, but if you give them that, 'I'll shoot you right between the eyes look,' they'll be much more respectful. 	Now that I think back, I do remember the white men in Chicago acting a darned fool when I was up there for the Taste of Chicago a long time ago, But I still can't say that they were disrespectful. I met some crazy black men in NYC, but I met some very nice black men as well. 	This is interesting...women can be proactive is most situations but that takes time an energy. Yes respect has been lost towards women, but what type of "men" are doing the cat calling? are they employed...prolly not...are they sober? prolly not do they respect themselves? prolly not.. "A fool can insult a wise person but a wise person can never insult a fool" so at the end of the day it shouldn't matter that a FOOL did not pay a woman respect. Now on the flip side as a man I could make a documentary on the amount of women who don't say "thank you" after a date, or "thank you" when in public you hold a door open for them, or speak to them with respect. 	ManSeminole, I know quite a few of BM today who have produced kids with White women and left. This isn't just a back in the day thing. These are men who want to hang out on the street, sell drugs, sleep around, locked up etc. My point is, if the man isn't worth a damn, a White woman cannot/will not change that. That is stereotyping BW saying that BW are running BM away. That's no better than what's being said in the video. I have a few close BM as friends, and while they're some respectable gentlemen, they get extremely peeved at how there are quite a few of disrespectful BM out there that they've ran across. And it's funny because they're the same ones who have warned me against these type BM and were/are looking out for me. So this is not just something coming from these BW in the video. This is coming from a lot of BM as well. But the fact that I know there are a lot of BM who do not fall into that category, I cannot and will not make that generalization about all BM being that way. And like I said before, I can't tell you when the last time I've ran into that personally. Maybe it's about their location. See unlike some, I won't sit up here and act like everything is perfect with BW. I've been preaching on here for quite sometime about the attitudes of a lot of BW. I can admit when there is a problem, instead of sweeping it under a rug...because I care. If you feel you would be better off in an IRR, by all means go for it. People tend to think the grass is always greener on the other side.

	I mean, this was an interesting piece and regardless if all of them chicks was a 5 on a scale of one to ten, guys will holla if you have a big butt and a smile. it dont really matter and living in NY, you just get adapted to it. 	The truth of the matter is, we (black women) raise these men. So as black women, we have no one to blame for their behavior but ourselves. Choose better fathers for them. If daddy is not around, choose his male role models well. If you go crazy over the thug types, you are sending the message to your sons that this is the way to be. Quit treating them like little princes. Set standards for them the same as you would your daughters. Make them get up and give a lady their seat on the bus. Make them stand up and pull out your chair when you leave the dinner table. Teach them to treat women properly. It starts at home, with you. Watch what you say and do in front of them. Watch what you let them listen to, who you let them look up to. We are guilty in this too. At the end of the day, if the guys who try to approach women in such a disrespectful way never got any play, they would soon abandon this approach anyway. Many women put their bodies on display in such a bold and outrageous manner that you can hardly tell who's a streetwalker and who is not. A lot of these women have sons. You look at the avatars and user posted pics on this and any other website and black women (women in general) are showing off their "assets" as if that is all we have to offer the world. Its funny that so many of the comments were centered around looks. Why did some of the people commenting on this feel like they had to clarify that they were "nice looking"? Our sons pick up on our obsession with looks, and they carry it into the streets with them. Since most black men are raised by black women, alone; we have to shoulder most of the burden of correcting this situation.
