First off, THAT IS NOT THE SAME DRESS! Notice the dark trim that traces Beyonces neck line. It's not on Solos dress. Notice the rouched front on Solo's dress and the different belt. Could be the same designer, but it is not the same dress. Guess you people shop swapmeet not designer or else you would KNOW the difference!

When you look closely, it doesn't look like the same dress, but maybe the same print. Well, either that or Beyonce is just filling it out better. Solange's dress looks like there's pleats in it.

Those are TWO DIFFERENT DRESSES from teh SAME DESIGNER!!
A designer will put out a line and make it cohesive and at times use the same material but cut the dress differnt or make a pantsuit out of the same material etc. This is what the designer who Bey and Solange are sporting did with this particular clothing line.
