: Last week MediaTakeOut.com told you that Saaphyri Windsor, the winner of the first season of VH1s Charm School, was serving time in a prison in California. But youre not going to believe WHY!!!.
You see it turns out that Saaphyri has a very checkered past. Actually, her name isnt even Saaphyri Windsor its Wanda Scott. And MediaTakeOut.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that shes been on the run from the law for the past 3 years.
In 2004, Saaphyri was arrested for stealing her uncles identity and running up thousands of dollars in debt (allegedly, the money was used for her BREAST IMPLANTS). Instead of going to trial, however, the Charm School Winner pled no contest to the charges and was scheduled to be sentenced on November 18, 2005.
But Saaphyri NEVER showed up to sentencing. And so from November 18, 2005 until November 22nd 2008 (when she was pulled over in L.A. for driving with an invalid license), Saaphyris been on the run.
So what, you ask, was Saaphyri doing in those 3 years that she was hiding from the law. Well according to her profile on imdb.com, shes made 16 TV appearances. Among the show appearances were VH1s Charm School (which she won) and the Tyra Banks Show. And shes actually on VH1s CURRENT SEASON of I Love Money - which airs every Monday night. So whats next for Saaphyri after this season of I Love Money? Well MediaTakeOut.com has learned that shes not going to be on TV anytime soon. You see, had Saaphyri shown up to her initial sentencing in 2005, she would likely have received only six months in county jail and probation.
But since she decided to run from the law, MediaTakeOut.com learned that she has just been sentenced to three years in prison. And she was ordered to pay restitution, fines, and fees totaling $8500.

It just shows you that the law isn't always on top of its game. How in the hell could she be a fugitive, but on television becoming a reality star? They lock up who they want to lock up and go after who they want to go after. If that was Bobby Brown, they would have put him on death row. And if she wronged her uncle, he could have reported her!

Maybe you need to actually get the REAL facts before you publish anything. Yes on paper it says her charges etc, but you dont know the real story and why her uncle was after her for money after her father died. As for using the money for a boobs, Ive known her since 2002 and she had them then so that part of your story doesnt add up. Also VH1 have been backing her 200% since the incident, even with an attorney, they wouldnt put their neck on the line if what youve published is 100% true, obviously theres a lot more to the story that you dont know, therefore publish what you do know and dont speculate.
