Although I am awaiting to hear about for the official results of the final autopsy report to come out within weeks, i have a feeling that Michael Jackson was intentionally murdered. I'm glad the family had the 2nd autopsy. The LAPD, medical examiner have a past of shady, unprofessional work. If Michael did all the drugs the media says, he could not of been hitting those dance moves as shown in the final rehersal video. He was on point and in control of the live vocals too. AEG took out a hefty insurance policy in case Michael Jackson's 50 London concerts fell through -- turns out the policy covered an MJ overdose.
AEG's chief executive Randy Phillips said the $17.5 million insurance policy from Lloyd's of London didn't cover a death from natural causes.
Phillips said the policy would still fall short of the money spent on Jackson's advance, producing the show, covering some of MJ's debts and paying his staff and rent -- which cost between $25 and $30 million. |

The 911 caller states “ we have a gentlemen here that needs help”???? Then the 911 operator states where is he? The caller then replies & states he’s on the bed!!! Well I thought Mike collapsed on the floor. That’s what was reported before. Oh and by the way as a health care provider on all levels... I don't care if your client has money or not before you administer cpr, you assess the person for a pulse, responsiveness & airway clearance once you determine the person doesn't have either you let whose ever around know they need to call 911 stat, then you immediately perform cpr. Your notifying 911 first in case the person doesn't respond to cpr that way you know you have back up under way. Other than that, the longer you wait the person is going to end up having serious brain injuries, comatose and all that. I want to know who the person was that made the original 911 call? CNN has not released any new autopsies...and the toxicology is needed in order to detect any drugs that linger on parts of the body and brain stucture. It provides more definitive information. You guys are just dying to have breaking news.
They did this very same process with Anna Nicole. ..no foul play..until after a toxicology report revealed more information and it went from there. It takes time.
At any rate, no one killed Michael. He likely killed himself by insisting upon the sedatives that the nurse on CNN spoke about. Per her statement, He begged for this sedative and was willing to pay large amounts of money for it. She advised him not to take this sedative and even showed him the deadly effects of it.
The nurse refused him..and like most celebrities..he found a leach and a careless greedy doctor that was willing to profit, and use him for money, rather than care for Michael ethically. I'm certain it will be discovered that the black doctor on duty..gave him this shot.
The latest reports confirm that the sedative was found on Michael's premises ..which means he was likely admininstered it.
Murder is premeditated with intent to kill. Although this is wreckless..it's not murder. Michael paid for and requested the drug.
However, if this black doctor admininstered this sedative to Michael upon his request..he still should be held liable in some degree.. It is his duty and oath as a physician to abide by proper and ethical medical protocal. I can't stand trifling doctors who come into the field for wealth rather than healing . I hope he suffers in shame for this. |

@ the story...its becoming more apparent that MJ was addicted to the sensation of being put under. Mike has been quoted by the nurse as saying he needed it to treat his insomnia. The problem is, its not a long term drug and needs to be continuously administered intravenously for the duration of its use for the person. A heart doc is not an anesthesiologist.
ALSO, the person who called 911, was security, summoned by yelling by the heart doc after he wasn't sure he could "get cell phone service and didn't know the address", according to his lawyer and police statement. |

That nurse seemed very truthful and upfront. I can't see her volunteering information that would increminate her later. She seems like a nice lady who was concerned after hearing all of these reports...but i could be wrong. Gut instincts...tell me she's innocent.
